The day I realized I wasn't an NPC
Was the day you came along.
It was a day like none I would ever see
The day I found my inner song
Honey glimmers traverse your miniscule locks.
Rays of amber reflected
This aching muscle, your silver key unlocks
Silken skin perfected.. • .

• . •Tiny digits, they curl around worn bones.
A smile that beams
Two kindred spirits, clones
This sentiment is bursting at the seams.
A single nudge, a nuzzle too
A giggle, that dimple,
When I'm tired I lean on you
Amongst chaos, you're simple. • .

• . •You're easily amused
You're preferences are intricate
This heart's no longer bruised.
This fire, scorching, is infinite
I can finally blink
I can finally breathe
I can finally think
The day I perish,
This love I'll bequeath. • .

Endure every hardship, every misstep.
I'll continue to struggle until the day of my death,
It'll be done with a smile, with incomparable pep.
So please continue to grace,
This stagnant rock with your presence
With faulty eyes I will trace
your blinding iridescence. • .

When the light in these spheres begins to fade,
I'll store them like the sea
Our memories, I won't be afraid.
The snippets of time where your smile shone through
I'll forever recall,
How much I loved you.. • ☆ • . . • ☆ • .

If I was given the chance to enter a peaceful eternity,
I'd have to discard every memory of you,
I'd rather pick my own damnation,
than dare forget you...
