Holding a broom in her hands Luna heaved a sigh, wondering why she was the only one among her friends who were assigned to classroom cleaning at the end of that day. Lexus and France were busy with club duties, Athena didn't show up for class due to a family affair, and Toby, her Toby, was busy doing Toby stuffs that she hasn't had any idea of.

"Luna, are you going home now?" Luna was about to leave for the day when she heard the familiar sweet voice of Ms. Jennings, the woman was smiling at her, an oddly familiar paper in her hands.

"Yes, Miss why?" she answered, checking her bag, making sure that she didn't forget to bring her notes for Athena to copy.

"Is something wrong with Tobias? He didn't show up today for our college counseling."

Toby didn't go? she thought, a little perplexed because Toby's the last person that will skip something as important as college counseling.

"I'm not sure Miss, did he apply for any colleges yet?" it was one of the questions that have been bugging Luna's mind ever since the start of the year. That boy was too secretive and aloof for the past few days.

"That's the thing, he didn't fill up any forms regarding that either. Can you talk to him and ask him about it?" Miss Jennings handed her the pile of paper, the same paper that she filled up earlier for college counseling. Grabbing her things quickly, she dialed her brother's number, Caleb doesn't have football practice till the end of the week so he's free to drive her around. But her brother was not answering, the same goes for Lexus whose been busy reviewing for the entrance exam already.

Frustrated and a little upset, Luna decided to walk toward Toby's place when the realization hit her that she doesn't know where Toby lives. For the last four years of their friendship, not even once did Toby invite them to his place. A little odd but she just shrugged about it, not knowing that she'll be needing the information for today. Dialing the last person on top of her head who might actually know where Toby lives, she waited impatiently hoping for France to pick up his phone.

"Hey, France can I ask you something?"

"Well, hello to you too gorgeous," he replied sarcastically but Luna ignored her as usual.

"Do you know where Toby lives?"

"Nope. Why?" France replied in a heartbeat, making her frown at his nonchalant attitude.

"What do you mean you don't know France? You're the one picking and dropping everyone when we're going out right?"

"Well sorry for that Lunababe, but Toby never let me drop him at his house nor let me pick him up at his house. I always picked and dropped him up at the cafe named Thomas near Oakwood's Medical Hospital," his answer didn't make sense to her, but Luna doesn't have much clue, with a quick thank you, she ended the call and decided to walk towards the place that France mentioned. Oakwood's Medical Hospital was a twenty-minute walk away from their school, regretting the fact that Caleb has Stella today of all days that she needed the ride.

The words Thomas can be seen in the distance, it was a place that was quite foreign for Luna. Sure, she's been to Oakwood's Medical Hospital a few times for their family check-ups, but she hasn't seen nor visited the place not even once, wondering if the place has always been there or not. That's the beauty of a small town like Oakwood's, you think that you know the place a little too well only to find out that you didn't.

Finally arriving at her destination, Luna's phone started ringing, it was Caleb's, she could have ignored it, but she knew better than that. Caleb would throw a fit if she ever ignored a phone call from him. The scent of coffee lingered in the air as Luna stepped inside the cafe, the place has a rustic vibe that she likes, there were a few customers inside, most of them wearing hospital gowns. Finally found a seat on the corner of the shop, Luna decided to answer her brother's call.
