Sean's P.O.V.
She kissed me. Our lips locked together and she ran her fingers through my hair. I tried to kiss back, but I couldn't. I broke apart from her, but she pulled me back in again.
"Sally, I can't do this," I said through the kiss.
"Why not?" She asked. She kept kissing me.
I broke apart from her and stood up. "I can't be with you," I said.
She scoffed and took out a cigarette. "Just when I thought you were different," she said.
"I-I am different," I said.
"Really? Cause everyone I've ever loved leaves too. You're just like the rest of them," she said.
"Sally I'm not-" I began.
"Yes you are!" She began, standing up. "Give me one fucking reason why you're different," she said.
"I-I-" I stuttered.
"EXACTLY. You can't. Because you're just like everyone else, you jerk!" She said.
"Sally I'm-" I began.
"You led me on! You let me believe that you loved me!" I said.
"I'm sorry if that's what-" I began.
"What I thought?! You fucking asshole! That's what everyone else says. You're the same-" she began.
"SALLY, I'M GAY!" I yelled.
Her angry face fell. She was taken aback.
"I tried, Sally! I fucking tried to love you but I can't!" I said with tears running down my face.
She remained silent.
"I'm in love with someone and I can't see them. I can't be with them. I can't touch them. I can't tell them how much I love them. My fucking dad drove them away," I said.
"Oh my God. I had no idea. I'm so sorry," she said and hugged me. I hugged her back.
"There's no way you could've known. And it was really wrong of me to lead you on. I just thought I could try liking girls so that I wouldn't be a disappointment to anyone," I said.
She broke apart from me and looked at me. "You're not a disappointment. At all," she said.
"I was to my parents. I came out to them and they started talking about God and praying the gay away. They hit me and threatened me with conversion therapy. My brother came downstairs and got involved and it all ended up in a giant mess and-" I began before letting out a sob.
"What happened?" Sally asked.
I sniffled and sat back down. She sat down with me. "We killed our parents. And our uncle Seth," I admitted.
Eli's P.O.V
"What's wrong, dude?" Colleen asked.
I looked up and wiped my tears. "Nothing," I answered bitterly.
"Really? Cause it sure seems like there's something wrong," she said and sat down next to me.
