I wake up and I feel Liam walking around. I sit up and he is getting dressed in a hurry.
"Why are you in such a hurry babe?" I slide out of the bed and slunk over to him with tired feet.
He extends a slender finger towards the clock. "I'm late! Paul is going to kill me if I'm late. Did you hear what happened?" He starts chuckling.
"No I guess I didn't... Tell me please." I smile and put my arms around his middle and I hook my hands together on his warm, muscular back.
"So many girls were there right?" Obviously. I nodded my head. "Well, Paul was holding them back while the boys and I were going into the recording place. So many girls wanted pictures with Paul, not us. So Paul was holding them back, but they were trying to get to him!" He laughs a cute giggle, "We had to get him a bodyguard!!" He face palms and lays his head on my shoulder.
"Wow. That's insane!" I agree. A thought crosses my mind. "Hey! You're gonna be late! Chop chop get going!" I repeatedly smack his bum until he is out the door.
After he is gone, I turn around and the flowers are on the counter. The beautiful baby's breath. And I think of the note. The infinity sign. Forever.

The phone rings and interrupts my tweeting spree. I reluctantly stand up and cease the ringing.
"Hello?" I ask into the receiver.
"Hello Rachel. It's Doctor Connor." Doctor Connor seemed to be in a good mood.
"Oh yes. Hello Doctor. Is everything okay?" I start to get a bit worried.
"Oh absolutely. Everything is fine. Um I have talked to Doctor Holston And we think you should come back so that we can examine the fetus more in depth."
"Oh that's absolutely perfect! What day?"
"Well we'd like the baby to be a little bit more developed. So actually you'd need to come in about 2 months. When you start showing."
"Oh, ok. Sure thing. Bye doctor!" I hang up then regret it after 2 seconds. What if he had something super important to say? Oh well.
I just sit back down and get comfy when the doorbell rings. "Really?" I say out loud. I start to get up as I hear the door open anyways.
"HEY BABE!" I hear Louis scream as he struts through the door.
"Um..hello? Louis what in the world are you doing!?" I stand up and put my hands on my hips.
"Nothing, love. Nothing." He sashays over to the kitchen and grabs a bag of crisps.
"Where are the other boys? Where is Liam?" I get him a glass of water and sit down with him.
"It's just me. I wanted to see how my...FAVORITE MOMMY IN THE WORLD IS!!" He tickles my stomach and runs his nose along mine.
"You heard?" I smile and laugh at Lou's shenanigans, "yeah I'm doing fine! I heard some good news about you a while ago lad!"
"Are you talkin about Eleanor and I? Yeah we both realized the fight was stupid and we both realized our love was stronger than not seeing her some mornings, you know?" He looked down and played with the bracelet on his wrist.
"Good for you, Lou-" *🎵Always and Forever🎵* Liam and I's wedding song played as he called my phone. I answered and put it on speaker.
"Hey babe! Did you know that Louis is over? Weird. He just showed up."
"Love, this is the police. I am very sorry to inform you that Liam has been in a car wreck and is very seriously injured. You need to come right away." I let my phone fall to the ground as Lou grabbed my wrist, my keys, and ran out the door.
I looked at him and he was crying.
"It'll be okay love. He will be fine." He said that to me over and over again on the ride to the hospital. I grabbed his hand and kissed his cheek.
"I love you." I smiled and I knew he loved me too.
