After the fight was cleared up, Abby kept yelling at Kendall, and Jill kept glaring at Abby.

When it was time for the trio to go on, you got to watch in the wings.

The trio looked clean, and you hugged the girls when they were done.

"I messed up on my ariel." Kendall said, out of breath.

"I'm sure she won't notice." You told her.

Kendall looked at you like you had three heads.

"Of course she'll notice! She's Abby!" She told you.

"Right." You mumbled.

You walked back to the dressing and the girls started getting ready for the group number.

Then Abby came in.

"Kendall! I told you to land the ariel! And what do you do? You slip and fall right on your butt!"

"Abby! She would've done it right, if you weren't yelling at her!" Jill yelled.

And once again, escorted out if the room.

Kendall sighed, and took out her phone.

"Wanna take some selfies?" She asked you.

You shrugged, and got in them.

"Hey text me that one!" You laughed, while you were looking back at them.

"Kk!" Kendall smiled.

"Can I post this?" She asked you.
You nodded, still laughing.

She posted it on Instagram, and commented, 'Comp👯'

You posted one too, using the comment, 'Weirdo😘'

Then Holly came out. "Kendall, I'm sorry, but you're mom wants you to go."

Kendall stood there with her mouth hung open.

The Jill came out.

"C'mon Kendall, we're done with this bull****."

Kendall nodded, with tears in her eyes.
She followed her mom, and looked back, with sorrow.

You walked back in, and Abby said,
"(Y/N), you're going to have to take Kendall's place in the group dance. We can't reblock it, and you're good at picking up choreography."

You nodded.

Luckily, Kendall's costume fit you, and you started practicing.

You had an hour to learn the dance, and luckily that was just enough time.

When the time came to go onstage, you had the dance down.

You did the front ariel, and landed it good.

You did the back hand spring, and landed it good.

And you did the front flip, which you landed good.

You waltzed off the stage, and all the girls hugged you.

"You were great!" Paige squealed.

"So were you!" You told her.

"Now I know we can count on you, when something like that happens." Maddie said.

You smiled. You still felt bad that

Kendall had to leave, and you felt worse that you were taking her spot.

But you also knew, that this was best for the team.

"If we don't win, it's going to be my fault." You told them.

"No! That's what Abby will probably day though..." Paige said.

You nodded.

Then someone covered your eyes.

"Guess who?"

"Lemme guess...Is this Josh?" You asked sarcastically.

"How'd you know?" He asked offended, when you turned around.

You giggled.

"You were great. I didn't know you could dance." He said.

"How dare you!" You said, sarcastically.

"Seriously though, you were great." He said.

You felt your cheeks burn up, as you gave him a hug.

He seemed surprised, but hugged you back.

You heard the other girls 'oooing.'

"Can't you guys grow up?" You laughed.
You decided to kiss Josh on the cheek, just cause.

Then he started blushing.

"Awwww!" They squealed.

You rolled your eyes, and walked off to the dressing room.

"(Y/N)! Now I know when a mother decides to stupidly pull their kid, you will always step up to the challenge." Abby told you.

You nodded.

"(Y/N), that was great! I'm so proud of you!" Your mom said, bringing you in for a hug.

"Thanks." You smiled.
"Alright girls. It's almost time for awards. I want a clean sweep." Abby told you all.

You all nodded, and walked I the stage for awards.
