Paige and Maddie did their duet fine, and they waltzed offstage.

"Great job!" You said, hugging them.

"Thanks. I missed a step though." Paige said, out of breath.

You all walked into the dressing room, and Paige and Maddie hugged their moms.

"Girls, get ready for the group dance." Abby said.

You all got ready for he group dance, and started running it.

"Point your feet, (Y/N)!" Abby said.

You pointed your feet, abc kept dancing.

"Alright girls, your on in five minutes, let's go." The stage manager said.

"Ok girls, remember my corrections. I don't wanna lose against Cathy." She said.

You all nodded,and walked backstage.

The Candy Apples were doing their dance. It was amazing.

It was a piece mocking the ALDC, about the revolving door.

The dance rattled you a little bit, and you forgot a bit of your dance.

"I forgot." You said to Paige.

"Which part?" She asked.

"After you do the side ariel."

"You do a back hand spring." Paige said .

"Right. Thanks." You said.

"Don't get nervous. If you get nervous, you're gonna forget." Paige told you.

You nodded.

"Next up in the junior group category, we have 'Rumors'." The announcer said.

You all did your dance perfectly, and you died perfectly.

You waltzed offstage, and Abby was clapping greatly.

"We did great!" Mackenzie said.

"I know Kenz. You may be a pain, but at the end of the day, you're still my sister, and I love you." Maddie said, hugging her.

"Well that came out of nowhere." Kenzie laughed.

"Well, I guess I don't say it enough." Maddie smiled.

"I love you too." Mackenzie said.

"Aww! What a cute little love fest. Pathetic. Hugging backstage? So unprofessional." Ava said, walking into he scene.

"Ava, we used to be friends! What happened?" Maddie said.

"Since Abby made me lose my confidence. You wouldn't know. You don't know what it's like to have someone tear you down." Ava said.

"Ava, do you realize that a lot of people hate the Chandelier video?" Maddie asked.

"I'm one of them." Ava said, walking off.

"I don't get it. She used to be so nice." Chloe said.

"Whatever. Awards are soon. We need to win." You said.

You all went to the dressing room, and your moms hugged you.

"Every time you go onstage, I'm prouder." Your mom said.

You smiled, as Abby said, "Well done girls! I think we have the Rotten Apples beat!" Abby said.

"Hello moms! Abby!" Cathy said coming into the room with her moms and kids.

"Girls, lovely job, but I think we have you beat." Cathy said.

What?

"Excuse me?" Abby said.

"I think we have you beat." Cathy repeated.

"How dare you?! In front of my students, too!" Abby yelled.

"I'm just saying that they shouldn't keep dancing." Cathy said.

"What the f***!" Christi yelled.

"Alright kids, come on, let's go." Holly said, ushering you all out, including the Candy Apple kids.

"Cathy's right, ya know." Ava smirked.

You rolled your eyes.

"Ava, shut up." Paige said.

"Down tell my girlfriend to shut up." Gino said, swinging an arm around her.

"God when did that happen?" Maddie mumbled.

Apparently, Maddie used to have a crush in Gino, he called her f****ing ugly, and she hates his guts now.

But you could tell she still likes him.

She looks at him, like the way you look at Josh.

"Whatever." Ava scoffed, and pecked his lips.

Maddie tensed up, but rolled her eyes.

"Barf." Paige mumbled.

The Candy Apples stormed out of the dressing room, and the kids followed.

"C'mon back in kids." Holly said.

You all went back in, and Abby looked pissed.

"I hope you crush those Candy Apples!" Abby yelled.

You all nodded.

"Alright girls, time for awards."
