"No Josh! You're not allowed to come!" Paige was saying, into her phone.

"Because I want you to see her when you're suppose to!" She said.

"Bye Josh!" She said, and hung up.

"God my brother is annoying." She said.

"Whatever." You laughed, and rolled your eyes.

"Is Kendall coming?" You asked.

"Yeah. She said she'd come."

You picked up Sophie, and you could tell she seemed uncomfortable.

"You alright?" You asked her.

"Yeah. It's just these girls are so popular!" Sophie told you.

"But they have personalities. And once you get to know them, they're some of the best people you can meet." You said.

"In fact, why don't you sit with us at lunch, on the first day of eighth grade." You said.

"Alright." She sighed.

Soon all 9 girls were in the car.

"I'm lucky I have a big minivan!" Kelly laughed.

You arrived at the mall, and began shopping.

"Oh! Soph, this would look great on you!" You said, handing her a mint green dress.

"It totally compliments your eyes!" You said.

"Ok!" She said, and went and tried it on.

"Sophie seems nice." Paige told you.

"She is. She's been my best friend for a long time, now." You said.

"Kendall, are you coming to dance today?" Maddie asked.

"I don't think so. I want to go back, and my mom wants to go back, but it's too late to learn the group dance." Kendall sighed.

"Well, will you be at pyramid on Monday?" You asked.

"Probably." She said.

You kept roaming the mall.

Soon all the girls had dresses, except you.

"You'll find it." Maddie reassured you.

You walked around the mall for another hour, and still no luck.

"My mom says we have to leave in 10 minutes for dance." Paige said, looking up from her phone.

You sighed.

"Hey! We haven't gone into Delia's yet!" Maddie said, pointing to the store.

You all walked into the store, and there it was.

It was simple, floral dress, but it was perfect.

You ran, and snatched one from the rack, and went to try it on.

"What'd ya think?" You asked coming out.

"It's perfect! Josh'll love it!" Paige said.

All the girls agreed.

You changed back into normal clothes, and paid for the dress.

Then you ran to the parking lot, where Kelly was located.

"I said we were leaving in 10 minutes, 12 minutes ago." Kelly said.

"Sorry mom. (Y/N), had to find the perfect dress." Brooke said.

"Well did she?" Kelly asked.

"Yup." You said.

"Then it's alright in my book."
