It was Josh and Jess.

It looked like Josh was tutoring Jess, but all Jess was interested in was Josh.

You felt a bit of jealousy, hoping that Paige had talked to Josh.

When Josh noticed you, he told Jess that they were taking a 5 minute break.

Josh came over to you.

"I'm sorry." You both said at the same time.

You both awkwardly laughed, as you said, "You go first."

"Alright. I'm sorry about last night. For two things. For the kiss, I was just nervous you didn't like it." Josh said.

"And I'm also sorry for believing that text Paige sent. It didn't seem like you. And you're not a bitch." He laughed.

"I'm sorry for letting Paige have my phone." You laughed.

He laughed, and started leaning in again.

You leaned in as well, and your lips were about to meet, when perky little Jess Baker, had to go and interrupt.

"Josh! I don't pay you to kiss a random girl! I pay you to kiss me!" Jess 'joked'.

Josh laughed, and you awkwardly laughed.

"See ya, (Y/N)." Josh said getting up.

You waved, and went back to your mathematics book.

"Hold on Josh, lemme talk to my friend, (Y/N), for a sec." Jess fake smiled.

Josh smiled, and walked off.

"Look you little bitch, stay away from my Joshie, it else." Jess said.

"Aww, or else what?" You asked, sarcastically.

"I'll take your place on the team. I already took your place at Starz. So you better watch out." She said.

"What?" You asked.

"That's right. And me and my mom, will take your place, any time, any day." Jess crossed her arms.

She walked off, and suddenly, you didn't feel like studying.

Jess had taken your place at Starz.

You collected your books, and heard outside.

You decided to head to the local diner, 'Annie's'.

You unlocked your bike, and heard to get some food.

You had 5$ so it was enough to get Annie's hometown favorite French fries.

You rode the two blocks, and locked your bike.

"Hey Annie." You said hopping into one of the seats in front of the counter.

"The usual?" She asked.

"Make it just the fries. I only have 5." You said.

"I'll give the milkshake. On the house." Annie said.

"Thanks." You said.

Annie nodded, and walked off to the kitchen.

"Hey." Someone said, sitting down next to you.

"Oh hey, Paige." You said.

"Getting the fries?" She asked.

"Yup." you said.

"Hey Annie, be a dear, make it 2 orders of fries!" Paige yelled, to Annie in the kitchen.

Annie nodded.

"I saw your brother." You said.

Paige gasped.

"And? Did he kiss you?!" Paige squealed.

"Almost! Then Jess Baker ruined it. He tutors her, ya know." You said.

Paige scoffed, "Josh doesn't tutor. He's not even smart."

"Well, it looked like he was showing her how to multiply with 4 digit numbers. And she said she was paying him." You replied.

"Thanks for talking to Josh." You said.

"Oh no problem. I talk to him all the time." Paige said.

"Two orders of fries, and two milkshakes on the house." Annie said, coming out from the kitchen.

"Sweet!" Paige said, eating a fri.

You giggled.

You were taking a private with Gianna from 4:00 to 5:00.

"Ok, (Y/N), five minute break." Gianna said.

"Ok." You said, out of breath.

You went to the den room, and grabbed your water.

You were working on your turns, and they were getting stronger.

You went on your phone and looked at your texts.

'Meet me at the park?😘' Josh had wrote.

You smiled, and wrote back, 'Sure! I'm in a private right now, so when I get out in a half hour. See ya!💕'

Josh replied, 'Sure.💚'

"C'mon, (Y/N). We're gonna work on your solo." Gianna said.

"I have solo?" You asked.

"Yes. Now don't tell anyone but you're mom. The other moms get mad when kids learn their solos early." She said.

"What's it called?" You asked.

"New York City. It's about a girls finally moving to New York City, and going on Broadway. You're competing against Chloe." She said.

"Really?" You asked.

"Mhm. Now your solo's contemporary, so get your shoes. We're wasting time." She said.

You nodded and out your phone down.
-
After your private, you told your mom you were meeting Josh at the park.

She let a tear slip, that her little girl was growing up, and drove you to the park.

Your mom drove away, leaving you at the park. Then you found Josh.
