Hyejin woke up a little past midnight. Sitting up, she looked around her dark, indigo tinted room, confused. Didn't I take a nap around noon? She slowly got up and walked to her door to exit her bedroom. She twisted the door knob- *crrreeakk* her door screamed as she opened it and headed out into the hallway. She walked downstairs and saw a figure in the kitchen. What the hell... She walked closer when the figure turned around as a reaction to the floor boards creaking. She had a brown, wavy bob. She was wearing a white dress. Startled, Hyejin stepped back. "Hi honey! I cooked a late night snack for you since I knew you were going to wake up eventually," she greets Hyejin with a sweet smile plastered on her face, "you fell asleep around 1. I knew there was no way you were going to sleep throughout the night," the woman laughed. Hyejin smiles in return. Oh it's just mom lol. Hold up- mom? Didn't she die a few years ago- *BEEP*
*BEEP*
*BEEP* Hyejin jumps out of her skin.. and her bed. "Fuck," she mumbles as she gets herself up from the floor. She stumbles to her bathroom to get ready for the day. WAIT IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!Hyejin realizes. Her goal for her senior year was to focus on her grades. She wasn't here for any distractions. She happily freshens up, motivated to do good this year, as last year, she wasn't her best. She wanted to graduate on a good note. She puts on her uniform and heads downstairs for breakfast. Hyejin's little sister Jinae is sitting on one of the island stools. She smiles and kisses the top of her head. [In sign language] "Jinnie! Did you sleep well?" Jinae smiles and replies, "Yeah." Hyejin smiles then walks over to her dad who is cooking. [Regular Dialogue] "Good morning dad," Hyejin smiles. "Hey kiddo! Are you ready for your first day?" He replies as he flips a pancake. "I think so..." Hyejin responds as she grabs a plate of pancakes from the counter. "Thanks." She sits next to Jinae and eats her food as she texts her best friend to meet her at the school.

*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* Jungsoo groans. He checks the time. It's 7:23 AM. Jungsoo rolls his eyes and slowly walks to his bathroom to freshen up. School starts at 8. "Guess I'm gonna be late." He finishes his business in the bathroom and throws on his uniform and heads downstairs. He was home alone. Which wasn't anything new- his mom was an actress working abroad while his dad was always on business trips. By that, you can probably tell he's rich rich. He goes to the kitchen to eat some cereal then heads out the door.

Hyejin walks out the door after saying goodbye to her family and decides to walk to school since she had quite a bit of time left. She finally reached school and found her best friend. "Hyejin! Over here!" Seonmin waves at her. Hyejin smiles and walks up to him. "Another year of nerding out, huh?" Seonmin teases. Hyejin flicks his forehead. "Shut up. Let's go inside!" "Ow..."
They walked into the school. They both pulled out their schedules. "Hah.. we have no classes together..." Hyejin said, comparing her schedule to Seonmin's. "It's okay, we'll meet at lunch!" "Alright..." Hyejin finds her way to her homeroom class. She sits at the back as she wants to avoid other students. The teacher proceeds to say morning announcements. In the middle of announcements the door slams open. "Am I late?" Hyejin looks up to see who the hell walks in a class so loudly. Then she saw... him.
