The Perfect Dress

"How did he end up in your bed?!" Sailor whisper yelled as we were walking down the corridors of the school

"No clue, all I remember is that guy at the party, getting taken home by Colton, and telling him id go to Prom with him before passing out from sleep," I said shrugging my shoulders in the process.

"Damn sounds like your night came straight out of a Wattpad story." Sailor joked as we both laughed on our way to Biology

Walking down the halls as we were passing by students the one and only Colton came walking down from the opposite end of the hallway with Theo and his other jock friends. We made eye contact and he winked his stupid wink and for some reason, I blushed.

Ya, you heard me right. Lydia the girl who not to be blunt but kills people for a living blushed when her ex bully winked at her. Who am I and what happened to Lydia cause right now I'm hella confused?

He just smirked as we continued to walk past each other but I was able to regain my composure and when we were side by side passing each other I flipped him the bird with a sweet smile and he just rolled his eyes and continued walking with a smirk on his face.

We had finally made it to the end of the day and I was heading to my bike when I was stopped by a tall figure. I looked up to see a drop-dead gorgeous boy with blonde hair and beautiful green eyes.

"Uh hi?" I asked confused as to why the guy was blocking me from getting on my motorcycle.

"Hey Lydia, how was your day?" he asked politely with a smile and it caused me to relax my stance a smile softly.

"It was good. Same old same old you know." I said sheepishly feeling the intense gaze from him

"So I came over to ask if you would possibly maybe go to Prom with me?" he asked scratching the back of his neck nervously as he awaited my response.

"oh, I-um I." My rambling was cut off when a muscular arm was thrown around my shoulder and I felt another pair of eyes on me.

"Liam she's going with me." I knew the voice instantly and inwardly cringed for the Liam guy

"oh, are you Lydia?" Liam asked looking from Colton to me.

"y-ya I'm sorry," I said quietly my tough and confident demeanor completely diminishing under both the boy's stares.

"it's ok I understand. You're a lucky guy Colton." Liam said causing Coltons to hold on me to tighten ever so slightly as Liam walks away to his car.

"You can take your arm off me now," I said looking at Colton and he sheepishly takes it off

"Well before I had to step in on that conversation I wanted to tell you that Sailor wants you to meet her at the mall for dress shopping," he says smiling while wiggling his brows

"Stop it you knob. I don't even remember why I said yes to you honestly I was hammered yesterday" I say punching his arm and putting my helmet on. Something in his demeanor changed for a quick second before going back to his normal cocky stance.

"I'll tell her you're on your way," he says with a smirk and wink before turning and walking to his car. I swear to God that boy is gonna kill me one of these days if someone hasn't by then.

At the mall

"Lydia over here!" I heard Sailor yell from across the mall doors

I swiftly walked over to her as I noticed she was standing in front of the first dress shop. Looking through the glass windows of the shop I saw about 15 girls already inside shopping and I was dreading the idea of going inside.
