~Gerard's POV~

I shuttered as the cool breeze brushed past me. I didn't think it was going to be this chilly this morning otherwise I would've have worn something other than a skirt and a long sleeved shirt. "At least I grabbed a jacket on the way out the door" I thought to myself. I am on the way to Angel's Caffe, which is my favorite coffee shops in all of New Jersey.

When I arrive at the caffe I look through the windows and see a new guy working the cash register. I open the huge glass doors that are separating me from the inside of the caffe and with a big gust of air I walk inside. As soon as I enter the small caffe my nose is filled with smells of coffee and baked goods.

I walk up to order my drink at the register and the barista looks up at me. I look at him and think "he has the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen."

"Hello! My name is Frank and welcome to Angle's Caffe! How may I help you today?" He, apparently Frank, asks a little to excitedly at 9am for my liking.

"Umm...I'd like a large black coffee and a blueberry muffin please." I ask him as I start to blush because of the way he's staring at me.

"Yeah of course sweetheart, what's the name for the order?"

"Gerard." I say simply because I don't trust my words.

He tells me to wait on the other end of the counter while he gets my order ready. I pay and then walk over to other end of the counter top. As he is making my coffee I observe him and I notice he has tattoos and not just a few, but it looks like he has hundreds, he also has dark black hair that goes with his hazel eyes, and he's shorter he looks to be around 5'6".

Frank starts to walk towards me holding my coffee and a bag with my muffin in it. I subconsciously like my lips while looking at him.

"Here's your order, Gerard." Frank says a little nervously.

"Thank you, have a good day." I say back to him as I walk out the door. But I was still wondering why he was so nervous just now when he was so flirty earlier. I look down at my coffee and see a bunch of numbers and then I realize he was nervous because he gave me his number.
