"Thanks."I felt my cheeks heat up but I bowed my head to hide it.

Then Jasper wacked my head.

"Heyyy‼"I said rubbing my head.

"I'm just returning the favour."He said laughing. I rolled my eyes at him.

"This doesn't make any sense,beasts have never attacked anyone so close to town."Aaron said confused.

"It must due to the hundred year mark."Quinn said deep in thought.

'Hundred years mark this and that,what is it? They have been saying something about it since and some visitor shit,maybe I should asked it might answer why I'm here,I'll ask.'

"What is the hundred year mark thing mean and does it have anything to do with me?"I asked.

"Oh well Cora the hundred year mark is.............

"Oh,well Cora the hundred year is um um,Kayden you explain it,afterall no one explains it better than you."Aaron said with a boyish grin,Kayden rolle his eyes in response.

"Fine,I'll explain since he can't,the hundred year mark has a story behind it,many years ago there was war between human beast and anthrobeasts-"He spoke but I interrupted which he scowled at me for.

"What are anthrobeasts?"I asked confused.

"Anthrobeasts or demi-human are people like myself and Kayden."Quinn asked simply.

"Oh thanks Quinn."I said with a cheery smile.

"You're very welcome."Quinn replied with a smile.

"Shall I continue or would you rather not know?"He said rather annoyed.

"Oh please continue and sorry for interrupting you."I said apologetically.

"It's okay just save your questions till I am done explain,where was I? aha the war but the anthrobeasts and humans didn't want a war so the made an alliance instead but Lord Blackford didn't want peace Lord Blackford ruled over the beasts and wanted to rule over everyone,he was power hungry,the humans and anthrobeasts joined hands and fought against Lord Blackford and he was defeated but not after using dark magic to create destroyer a vicious beast we tried for years but we were not able to defeat it then castle magicians made a plan to summon a hero from another realm which they did but even they couldn't defeat he could only seal it which can only be done with light magic but the seal doesn't last forever after a hundred years the magic goes void which is why every hundred years we summon a visitor from another world to seal it."Kayden finished.

"So you are saying Cora is the only visitor that can use dark magic?"Jasper asked.

"Yes."Quinn and Aaron said with a dark tone.

'I have a feeling this magic is something wrong but right at the same time I'll asked them maybe dark magic isn't that bad and what's the difference between dark and light magic sure they look different but that doesn't mean anything right I'll ask.'

"What's the difference between dark and light magic?"I asked.

"Dark magic is only used by those who wish for the resurrection of Lord Blackford while Light magic is used by the descendants of past visitors or the visitors themselves."Kayden said plainly with an unreadable expression on his face.

"Wow,that means that Aaron is a descendant from a past visitor right?"Jasper asked.

"Yes Aaron is the of a descendant from a past visitor."Kayden said.
