People always ask me why my poems and small writing pieces are usually sad/depressing. My answer to this is that I never write poems or the like when I'm happy.. and besides, writing about passion, pain, sadness, grief, tough love and friendships, and my worst days is something I do, and probably always will find easier than writing about something very happy. Please don't worry about me.. I'm fine, but like any human being, I tend to have my struggles as well. My hope is that these writings can offer support and strength for people going through family issues, any type of bullying, grief, loss, pain, personal struggle, or trying to know who they really are. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are ever in need of guidance or a couple words to help you through something, as that's what I'm here for. I won't judge you, and I will do my best to offer wisdom and help. Lastly, I will hope to publish this book, most likely on Kindle Direct Publishing, and possibly, later down the road, in a physical addition. My closing words of advice are to anybody and everybody:
To whom it may concern:
The best advice I can give you is to avoid people who negatively influence you at school and elsewhere and to surround yourself with people who care about you and love you. Keep your chin up, because things will get better. I know for a fact that each and every person was made a very kind and intelligent person, so don't let what others think or say about you change your opinion of yourself. I once read an interesting quote somewhere. "Everything will be okay in the end, if it's not okay, then it's not the end." I feel like this has been one of those things that gets me thorough my struggles, knowing that there will always be better days ahead. I hope things are looking up for you now, but if they aren't, they will eventually. Always be yourself, and don't let other's opinions change who you are. Love who you want, and accept your talents and learn to embrace them. Always strive for kindness, and honesty. You are a great person, and don't let yourself or anyone else tell you otherwise.
