CHAPTER 14

A MONTH LATER

AUTHOR'S POV

You and Taehyung had gotten really close in this one month. You guys spent a lot of time together. You had got a job here so that it would be less suspicious. You had gotten to know each other very well and knew the strength and weaknesses of each other.

TAEHYUNG'S POV

I stared at the tickets in my hand. I was gonna ask her out today. I don't know if she will say yes, but I had to make the move.

"TAEEEEEEE!!!!!! Where are you? Omg, what are you doing here?" She said as she came running into my room. I just loved this side of her. I immediately shoved the tickets into my pockets and gave her my most attractive smile. Of course, she didn't fall for it.

" what's that in your hands? C'mon show me. Show Me!!!!!"
" aish it's nothing you pabo. Now let me Go."

She looked at me with a hurtful expression. Like as if I had just stabbed her.

" a-are you asking me to leave?"
"Ah, that's not what I meant!"
" then show me what you are hiding. You know we don't keep secrets from each other right?"

That sentence made me pause. I thought bout the big secret I was hiding from her. I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I didn't notice her clinging to me to get the tickets out.

"Wow! Are we going to Ana amusement park?! Yesssss!!"
" yes, we are. We will leave at 5 so get ready okay?"
"Yes, I will. But wait aren't you scared of rides and HEIGHT?"
" it's okay I can manage that for a day. And plus how bad is it gonna be? I mean it's just ...... rides!"
" well we will see about that when we reach there"
"Aish don't you dare tease Me"

She looked at me with puppy eyes and the next thing I knew was that I already forgave her.

TIME SKIP
AUTHORS POV

You were really excited to go to the amusement park. But when you looked at the Tae, he was getting nervous. In the car, there was an awkward silence between the both of you. When you tried to hold his hand, he just faked a cough to pull it away.

"Tae, are you okay?" You asked him.
"Umm me? Yes, I'm. Are you?" He asked, nervously.
" yeah me too" you replied, glancing at him.

You eyes his Adams Apple as it went up and down due to nervousness. Something was wrong and you could feel it. It was possibly not a threat to you, because you were going to place filled with crowds of people and nobody would possibly try to harm you. But you still had your gun with you, just in case any abnormality was seen.

You knew you had him under your trance completely, because now he trusted you. But you didn't trust him, of course, you couldn't. In your business, trust was a word that didn't exist. You didn't trust your own dad for all that was. From a very young age itself, you had started having trust issues with every single person in your life.

"Thirsty?" You asked him.
" uh? Yeah." He replied.

You gave him the bottle and he took it from your hands without even glancing at you. You were dying to ask him what was wrong but you couldn't.

As you reached the parking Lott, you couldn't help but squeal at the sight of the rides. You loved things like this. Adventure, thriller, and some horror.

You stopped at the entrance and looked at the tall rides in awe. Taehyung also stood next to you looking at them but with fear. He hated rides like anything.

You grabbed his arm and dragged him to the first ride. Before entering the line you looked at him with a worried expression.

" Are you sure you wanna come?" You asked, worriedly.
He nodded aggressively and pulled you in.

As there were not many people, you got in the first attempt. You both sat in the car.

You looked at him again but this time he gave you an affectionate smile.

The ride started. It went up and down vigorously. Your hands were waving in the air and you were screaming. But tae..... his hands tightly clasped the handle, his eyes closed and praying to god to get this over with fast.

TIME SKIP

The Ferris wheel was the last ride he could take in. When he knew he couldn't sit in any ride anymore he dragged you to the Ferris wheel.

TAEHYUNG'S POV

OMG! I can't see ahead of me. The whole world's going around. I'm so done with this now.

I looked at her. She was so happy. I felt I shouldn't stop but if I didn't then I would pass out any second.

"Lisa cmon last ride. I can't take it anymore. Let's go on the Ferris wheel and then we are out of here." I said, while pulling her towards the Ferris wheel. She looked at me with concern and agreed readily. She could see that I was going mad.

We took our place inside one of those chairs.

Once again my hands began to sweat and I felt my knees going weak. I had already told the manager what to do once we were on top. As planned, we reached the top and the wheel stopped.

AUTHORS POV

As you got on the Ferris wheel, you saw that Taehyung got nervous again. His hands were shaking. You took them into yours and found out that they were sweaty.

By now you had reached the top and the wheel suddenly stopped. You didn't care about that because all you could focus on was Tae. He was sweating and shaking. You felt really concerned for him.

In this month, not only were you able to get him fall for you but you also felt that you started liking him. No matter how hard you tried, you fell for him more and more. He was sweet and you felt sad thinking that he didn't deserve this. You weren't able to meet Mark this whole month due to some sorts of obstacles always coming between. Once you felt that Tae already knew bout everything but you had made sure he didn't. He shared everything with you leaving the fact that he owned the company. You had no idea he was hiding that from you. You had not even thought it that way.

" Tae, what's wrong? Why are you shaking? Is everything alright?" You asked with a concerned face.

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath before starting. Then he turned to face you and took your hands in his.

" Umm Lisa, I know we have known each other for only a month. But for me it was more than that. When I saw you I felt we had a very old connection in between. Everytime you come infront of me, i feel like you are the one. Everytime you come near me or hug me, my heartbeat goes crazy. Everytime I see you I wanna pull you closer and never let go of you. I hate it when you get engrossed in a conversation with guys. I wanna keep you beside me forever......Lisa. I-I think I'm in love with you."
Then he took a deep breath before continuing.

" will you be my girlfriend?"
