Even if it's 1,629 miles away

~ CHAPTER 28 ~

~ JUNGKOOK'S P.O.V ~

"Not if I get to the bathroom first!" Vanya exclaimed as she stood up and ran to the bathroom. 

As she was making her way to the bathroom, I noticed a blueish mark on her neck.

She was about to close the door when I stopped her. I gave a close look at the said mark as she turned to the mirror to look at it herself. 

"I-is that a h-hickey?!" she stuttered. Her eyes were wide with fright and she was trembling.

The sight of her scared made me furious. "Who the heck did that to you?" I asked sternly. 

She gulped and blinked a few times when she replied "I don't know, I don't remember anything that happened last night... and why does it look like you're mad?"

She's right, why am I mad? There's nothing to be mad about...

"And exactly how do you know that you're not the one who did this?"She asked as she crossed her arms.

She gasped and covered her mouth as she said "Wait- what if I had s-"

 I cut her off as I laughed and said "First of all, me or my friends would never do that to a girl, especially when she's drunk. Heck, I can't even look at a girl without breaking eye contact after three seconds... And second, both of us were fully clothed when we woke up, well, except me who was shirtless... but still! And lastly, if I would've done that, I would've made more than just one."

She rolled her eyes and said "Whatever... if you didn't do this, then who did? There's literally six other boys here in this cabin."

"We just have to put the pieces together and try out best to remember what happened last night... but, even if one of my friends did that, I swear I will kill them with my own bare hands." I exclaimed as I balled my hands into fists out of anger. 

She chuckled and said "Yeah, sure... anyways, let's go ask the others what happened and see if anyone is acting strange." as she washed her face and headed out the door afterwards. 

I went out the bathroom and put on a shirt.

"Hey, can I borrow your hoodie? I don't have anything big enough to cover this." She asked as she pointed at the mark on her neck.  

"Oh, sure." I replied as I gave her my grey hoodie. "Thanks. Oh, and don't tell them about any of this, okay?" she said as she put the hoodie on. 

We headed to the living room where everyone was. 

"Oh, you're awake!" Anne exclaimed as she put her arm around Vanya's shoulders.

"Finally..." Jin said as he headed to the kitchen to get something.

"We figured that you would have hangovers so we bought some medicine." Jin said as he handed me a glass of water and the medicine. 

"Thanks, hyung..." I said as I drank it.

He went back to the kitchen and got another glass of water for Vanya. "Thanks!" she said. 

"I hope you finally realize that chugging beer has its consequences." Abby said as she chuckled. 

We laughed and Vanya asked "By the way, do you guys have any idea what happened last night? We don't remember anything." as she sat down on the couch. 

They looked at each other and smirked. "One things for sure, you guys will definitely regret drinking." Jimin stated as he chuckled. 

What the heck did I do now?
