Pidgeon: Keith, I need your help Burnt.toest: yah? Pidgeon: so I think I like Ina and I kind of wanna impress her at the party? Burnt.toest: wanna go shopping? Pidgeon: yess please Burnt.toest: meet me at the mall
Keith waited for Pidge on a bench in front of the mall. She soon arrived and they went to look inside for a store that sold nice swimsuits. They finally found one and stared looking through the large store. They chose about 15 suits in hopes of finding just the right one. They settled on a swimsuit that fit Pidge just right and bought some accessories.
She stared at herself in the mirror for a long time and looked uncertain "What if she finds I'm ugly?" "Pidge, you are not ugly. You're one of the best looking person I know" he smiled and took her hands in his. He hugged her tightly and she already felt better. "Awww you two make a cute couple" a random lady said "Um actually she's my best friend and we're both gay" she looked disgusted and left. Pidge looked at Keith and laughed for him to join seconds later.
*time skip to Saturday*
Lance, Pidge and Keith went at Ina's house together. Keith was wearing a simple red swim trunks and a black t-shirt with Lance's jacket on top. Lance had a blue one, a women's straw hat with a blue ribbon and a big beach bag.
Pidge walked beside Keith and was wearing dad shorts with triangular, dark green bikini top covered with a neon mesh shirt. She had same coloured sunglasses and her hair was the same. Her swimsuit bottom were shorter dark green shorts.
Ina was stunned when she saw Pidge, her outfit looked great. She was wearing a pastel orange top and dark blue bottoms.
Soon after, Allura and Romelle arrived, Romelle's arm was around Allura's neck which made Pidge wonder if they were together. Romelle was wearing high rise, yellow bikini bottom with a pink top, Allura had a pale blue top and a purple bottom. Both were just wearing shorts and t-shirts on top.
Shay arrived alone but wore a mustard yellow one piece.
Everyone was hanging around, having fun. Allura, Romelle, Pidge and Ina were hanging together while Shay was by the pool with Keith and Lance. It was too boring for Lance though. He loved sitting by the pool and tanning, but for once, he wanted to have fun. He got up quickly and grabbed Keith. He then threw him in the water as everyone was laughing except for Pidge who jumped in the pool.
Keith didn't know how to swim.
Worst part is, Lance threw him in the deep part of the pool, which meant he couldn't reach the bottom. Pidge helped Keith get to the surface as he was panting. Lance looked both worried and guilty. He left, looking down, slowly.
He ran to the bathroom once no one could see him and stared at himself in the mirror. He didn't cry, he was just feeling guilty. He sat on the floor and brought his knees to his chest. That's when he started crying
'You should kill yourself' Maybe he was right... Maybe I should kill myself.
He got up and went back outside, if anyone noticed his face was red, he'd just lie and say it was the sun.
He walked up to Keith and looked at him in the eyes. His confused look was adorable but NOW IS NOT THE TIME He sat beside Keith and looked down for a second. "I'm sorry Keith, I shouldn't have done that. Keith's places his hand on his shoulder and then put his hand on it. "It's ok, I forgive you" he whispered
"That's gay!" Pidge yelled from afar Both glared at her and then looked at each other before Hunk arrived with cupcakes.
They all went swimming, Pidge tried to teach Keith swimming, it wasn't that much a success.
At the end of the evening, they lit up the fire camp and sat in big chairs and sofas. Everyone was cuddling, Romelle and Allura, Pidge and Ina were just very close and Hunk and Shay. Keith and Lance were on one chair together. "Hey gays," Pidge said watching Keith and Lance look up "Cuddle! It's fucking cold and you're both clearly into each other. Just get to it already" Both boys blushed and Keith glared at her "Says you" he chuckled and gave Ina a rapid look. They chatted for a while and Keith slowly fell asleep on Lance. He was laying on his side with his head on Lance's lap as he played with his soft, raven hair. He twisted around strands of hair. It was so silky and smooth. He never wanted to stop but Ina's parents came home so they all had to leave.
