hi, this is very different from my other books. so please do keep an open mind when you read this book and please READ the disclaimer and 'before you go' sections.

this book is purely about jennie and blackpink. if you're expecting bts inside, or any ships whatsoever, this book doesn't have them (unlike my other books).

this is a work of fiction. the incidents that happened in this book, except for a few, are not real. please do NOT assume i'm basing the majority of the book off true events.

this book is in NO way, saying that jennie doesn't like being an idol/is depressed/etc. i want to show how hate comments alongside various events can affect someone. i just used her character for this story because i find her the most suitable (jennie being one of the biggest most hated idols). i do NOT know what's happening to jennie beyond surface level on media and this book is not meant to say that i'm assuming she hates her life, is depressed, cuts, etc. as aforementioned, it's just a work of fiction.

sensitive topics such as depression, self harm in various forms, overdose and suicide is included in this book. if you're currently not at your best state in life, it's advisable that you don't read this book.

there is also swearing included.

the purpose of me writing this book is not to show all the downsides in kpop industry, or to throw shade at them (i do but that's not the aim). i want to show how just a single comment can affect a person, and how it can go horribly downhill from there.

how idols could be putting up a facade on stage, despite all the bullshit they go through. i'm only using jennie as an example. whatever i say she's going through is fictional. i do NOT know her personal life and her hardships.

keep in mind, this isn't the way it'll play out for everyone. i'm just showing a dire example. while some overcome the hate, others may not.

things may not seem intense at first, but from chapter five onwards it will becomes potentially triggering and intense.

i just want to clarify few things:

1) earlier i said most of the events are not real, but that doesn't mean all of them are fiction. i will be bringing back jennie's "lazy" period, and the hate she had to withstand during that period. if the mention of that era is a sensitive subject to you, i suggest you don't read this book.

i also do come up with an alternate reason as to why she was "lazy" and portray how that reason made her "lazy". however, i want to mention here first, that that reason i mention is not true and it's purely fictional.

2) most of the comments are real. i just adapted/edited the language.

3) some situations here may not be entirely possible. for example, i don't know if jennie would be able to go out and buy sleeping meds on her own without her company knowing. but this will be happening in the story.

4) if some part doesn't sit right with you, or you feel i portrayed some emotions/attacks wrongly, pm me. in fact, i will plead you to pm me. i've not had panic/anxiety attacks or such before, and how i write it is solely based on my knowledge and research.

5) hate towards this book will not be tolerated. constructive criticism is always accepted, that too with a polite tone. issues with the book can be raised politely and there needs to be a valid reason, or else i will ignore your comments. any ridiculous hate like "omg why did you post this!!!! you hate jennie!!!!!!!" will immediately be deleted and the user will be blocked.

i hope you understand.
