“Hee, heeee! We're goners! Run away!!” They all vanished one by one, leaving you and Grim panting.

“Eh? W-we won?” The said cat looked around and saw that the ghosts were all gone.

‘Fire is one hell of a weapon.’ You looked down at the raccoon cat. “Great job.” You reached down to pet him, slightly smiling when he purred.

“Hahh… that was scar– no, I wasn't scared at all!” He slapped your hand, to which you reeled back your hand in time. “That was nothing for the Great Grim! How about that ghosts? You done?” He mocked the space where the ghosts were floating before.

As you were watching Grim bragged, practically, to thin air you whipped your head as you heard footsteps. Your posture tensed as you waited for the figure to emerge from the darkness.

“Good evening. I have graciously brought you supper.” It was Crowley, carrying bags of food and clothes, he glanced down, eyes widening at the sight of Grim. “You're the monster that ran amok during the entrance ceremony! You've been thrown out of the school, what are you doing here?!”

Grim huffed and crossed his arms, looking rather smug. “Hmph! I exterminated the ghost problem! Be grateful!”

Crowley tilted his head in confusion. “Hmm? What do you mean by that?”

You looked at Crowley and sighed. “Basically some ghosts were haunting this dorm which resulted into people– or students to leave. Then when we arrived here, the ghosts said that they wanted us to be their ‘pals’, so we exterminated them.” You answered, yawning at the end signalling your fatigue.

Crowley hummed. “Now that you mention it, there were some prankster ghosts living here so students keep away from this dormitory. And that's why it is now empty. I'd forgotten that.” Then he turned to look at the two of you, glancing down at the cat. “However, for you two to work together to get rid of the ghosts.”

“I'm not gonna over look that ‘together’ comment.” Grim interrupted.

You rolled your eyes subtly. ‘Here we go again.’

“They were just standing there watching. And I did this for a can of tuna.” Then an expression of surprise form on his face. “Ah! I haven't gotten that tuna yet!” He complained earning him a glare from you.

“I will pull your tail, watch me.” You narrowed your eyes, he completely ignored you again.

“I'd like the two of you to show me how you exterminated those ghosts.” Crowley said, you looked at him in confusion.

“May I ask why?”

“But we already gotten rid of all the ghosts! And before that, give me my tuna.” He demanded glaring at you.

But before your fight escalates, Crowley jumped in. “I shall be the ghosts. If you beat me, I'll give you tuna cans. For I am gracious.” There he goes again, with his self proclaimed generosity.

Then he took out a vial of weird looking potion of some sort.

“Transformation potion!” You shuddered as he down the vial in one drinking, smoke covered the masked man for a few seconds until it dissipated leaving the man in a ghost body.

“Eeh, I don't wanna. This is a pain and I have to team up with her again.” Grim whined.

“That's too bad, just imagine how many those tuna cans that the headmaster is offering– oh! And maybe the headmaster would be so kind to let a specific someone attend the school…” You looked up acting as though you were thinking of the rewards this will get you after, your melodic voice with a tempting undertone.

Grim grumbled. “Stupid human. This is the last time that I'm going to do this! And you absolutely, absolutely, have to give me tuna after this!”

And with that you prepared yourselves for the battle that's going to ensure.
