A Shadow of a Rose

Chapter Thirteen- A Heros End

(Shadows POV)
I looked up with the one eye I had to look out of at the moment. She had striked me right in the eye. She looked scared and I was just Confused.

"Shadow..? Are you alright!!!" Rose said walking over but keeping her distance.

I Nod.

" I'm fine But, what was that..?" I ask. " So you do have powers?"

Rose looks at her hands and clasps one over the other.

" it must have just sparked.. But I'm so sorry for hitting you..." she said tears in her eyes.

Sonic comes up and taps Roses shoulder.

" Amy? That was amazing! You finally figured out your powers!" Sonic said smiling.

I looked at them too as I got up and dusted myself off.

" I'm going to go outside.." Rose said pulling away from the Blue Hedgehog.

" Rose. It's still pouring outside and the wind is strong. Stay here" I say with a slight warning in my voice.

She sighs and smiles toward me.

I look at her confused. What did I say? What made her so happy? I don't make people Happy...

" I'm off to bed.. we can talk about this later" Rose said walking off to the back of Sonics house.

I watch as her graceful eyes look away from me. I didn't want her to leave me. Shadow, don't act Selfish.. she's not yours.

" So Shadow. What did the doctors say about that Cut?" Sonic said glaring at me.

That's when I realized.

" It was you... wasn't it.." I say with a darker tone." What type of Dark magic have you gotten yourself into.."

" No type of Dark magic. Eh maybe this" He says holding out a Purple Crystal.

I stand silent.

" Your working with the SHADOW COUNCIL?!" I yell growling." those people are insane Sonic! Do you really want to become the bad guy I am?!"

The Shadow Council is a group of People who were once mortal beings.. but died by the hands of Their own Shadows, Becoming what they are now.

" Exactly your the bad guy.. I'm the hero. One way or another I will get rid of you." He says clenching the Crystal.

" Have they brainwashed you hedgehog!? Your Sonic! Your supposed to be snobby and All mighty! Not the Hero who chooses the Dark side to beat your Rival! This is not you!" I say taking my stance.

"Shut up Faker. I had orders and that's to end you." Sonic says glowing a blue Aura.

" Orders? So they have brainwashed you. Sonic listen to me!! This isn't your Dest-"

I get Cut off by Sonic punching me into the floor.

" ACK!.. Hedgehog! You'll wake Rose!" I say getting up.

" I wouldn't want Amy knowing about this. Do you hear me Shadow?" He says pointing the crystal at me.

I can feel my power at a Weak spot.

" I will never agree with you.." I say getting up and Running toward The back of the house.

I enter his room and scan it for a Chaos Emerald. I get Lucky and it's in plain sight.

" HEY! GET BACK HERE!" Sonic yells as he kicks me into the foot of his bed frame.

I'm no match to Sonic with Speed without my Rocket shoes ignited.

" Watch me.. Win this fight. And I'll be the Good guy.." Sonic says clenching my Neck.

" Good.. luck with that..." I say smiling.

Thanks to him kicking me I got close enough to the Emerald for it to recharge my Chaos abilities.

It floats over to my hand and I Warp into the room with Rose. Sonic speeds over.

" If you hurt her.. I'll End You.."

That was my last words to Him before I Warped into the endless abyss of my mind.

Note: Sorry this Chapter is so short. I am Planning the next Future chapters and wrote this chapter Shorter because well I planned this chapter bad Lol.
