Chapter Twenty Six- Time Skip

(Silvers POV)

"I wonder how Team Dark is doing" Blaze asks.

"I bet they're fine, they've got Shadow on their side" Knuckles informs.

Blaze sighs.

"Yes but, I feel as they are going to threaten them somehow. That Gem around his neck seemed important" she says.

"About that Gem.." I start.

"After it shattered, I felt something tugging inside of me. I don't know, it was a weird feeling.."

Blaze and Tails look at me.

"The Gem shattered?" They ask.

"Yeah, when Shadow got hit by Sonic awhile back. Remember?" I ask.

"Oh yeah, hmm" Tails starts.

"Silver, how did you even meet Shadow in the first place?" Blaze asks.

"How I met Shadow?" I rub behind my quills. "Well that's a long Story honestly"

"Is meeting Shadow a good or Bad thing?" Knuckles asks.

"For me it was rough, I was on the wrong side of the battlefield that day" I sigh.

Blaze pats my back.

"I know Silver, but it's alright, that was the past" She insures me.

"But still, I met Shadow when him and Sonic were teamed up.." I sigh again. "It was a long fight, it was draining."

"I was a lot weaker than I am now, but so are Shadow and Sonic." I say.

"I stood a chance back then"

All three of them look at me confused.

"I've beat up Sonic a couple times, Shadow at least once" I start. "Now I can even scratch Shadow sometimes and Sonics just annoying to fight"

"Have you tried Super form?" Tails asks.

"Neither one of us have tried tapping into all that power in years"

"Ever since the treaty, there hasn't been a reason too" I say.

"And with the powers we have now that are starting to awaken, there's really no use for them anymore" Blaze says.

"I bet if we were to use the emeralds to turn you three super, your powers would be enhanced" Tails spouts.

Blaze puts her arms around mine.

I smile.

"I wonder Whats happening to my friends.." Tails asks.

Knuckles puts his hand on Tails shoudler and assures him everything will be alright.

I look down.

"It's alright Silver. We will find them.." Blaze murmurs.

"Yeah.."

*I wish I could see where Shadow is...*

The moment I say that, everything around me turns black.
