Chapter 9 - I love you

Hope's POV

Josie kissed me.

Josie kissed me and it was the best feeling in the world. I've wanted to do this for such a long time but never dared to do so.

Josie pulled away and I already missed the taste of her lips "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that." She started to ramble but I quickly cut her off by kissing her again, showing her how much I liked it.

"You definitely should have done that. You, Josette Saltzman, have no idea how long I've been waiting to do that." I said with the biggest smile on my face. "Are you serious?" she looked at me like a child in front of an ice cream store" I'm dead serious baby" I said and she blushed hard.

"Hope?"

"Yes, Josie?"

"Would you like to be my girlfriend?" Suddenly, I was the happiest person in the universe, but I wanted to tease her a little bit so I put on a serious, a little surprised look on my face "Josie I-" I started, her face became paler by the moment, I tried so hard not to laugh so I just smiled "I would love to." And quickly locked lips with her again, the kiss was full of love and passion I could kiss her all day long.

After our little make-out session, we sat on my bed, smiling like idiots and just admiring each other. "I got lucky, I got the most caring, loving, and the most beautiful girl in the world," I told her "well then I got luckier. I got a girl that will take care of me, a girl that will be there for me, a little puppy that will cuddle with me all in one person." I laughed and felt a tear falling "Hey little puppy don't cry it's okay I'm here" Josie said while hugging me "I'm just so happy."

"I'm happy too. Do you want to cuddle? We have time until curfew so I'll just stay here if that's okay" Josie asked and I nodded eagerly "Just wait for a second okay?" I asked while entering my bathroom. I started to take off my clothes and shifted to my wolf form, I remembered Josie talking about her little puppy that will cuddle with her so why not?

I finished shifting and got back to Josie seeing her in my bed wearing one of my hoodies over her shorts, I jumped over her and started licking her face "Hi little puppy!" she said while laughing. After a while, I stopped and just laid over her chest, with my head buried in her neck while she stroked my fur.

Suddenly someone barged into my room "JOSIE ARE YOU OKAY?" it was her mom, I didn't feel like getting up so I just stayed there. "Mom chill it's Hope." Another voice, Lizzie told her mom. "What do you mean it's Hope?" why everyone but Josie can't connect the dots for why I am the only one in the school who can be a wolf all the time? Josie stopped petting me which caused me to look at her as if I asked 'why did you stop?' "Hope get down I want to sit please" she whispered and I immediately moved to the side, allowing her to face her mother.

"What is going on here?" Caroline asked, "Can we wait a second for Hope to turn back?" Josie replied and her mother nodded, Josie looked over to me, I gave her one last lick and ran into the bathroom.

"So, you were saying?" I said as I came back from the bathroom.

"What is going on here Hope? Why did I see a wolf over my daughter?" she asked in a full mother tone. "Well, first of all, you saw me over your daughter, not 'some' wolf," I answered. "It still doesn't explain why you were on top of her."

"Mom," Josie grabbed her attention "Hope and I are dating, she reviled her wolf form to me last night, and she kept me warm out there near the lake. Today when we came back here we..." she trailed off looking at me, I smiled and squeezed her hand "we expressed our feelings for each other and I saw how much Josie likes my wolf so I turned again. That's it." I continue for her. Lizzie and Caroline looked at each other, smiling "FINALLY!!" Lizzie practically screamed and Caroline laughed. I looked at Josie, who was now red as a tomato and gave her a quick kiss on the lips.
