I was panting, lungs burning, my wings pieced by an arrow as the hunter that had been chasing me and tracking me down for 10 years, was slowly gaining up on me. His name was 'Damian Murphy'. He was a famous vampire hunter, but not as famous and as strong as the famous vampire hunter 'toshinori yagi'.

Damian has been tracking me down for 10years, since he was the one that killed my family and found out I had escaped, he held no mercy to strike me down and end me, even with the fact I was 15 years old, he did not care, as long as he vanquished the "evil" in this city, he would do what it takes and no matter how long it takes.

I had no choice, I had to kill people to survive, that was the only way I wouldn't go feral and hurt more people then necessary. I had no family to raise me, I was a lone vampire and I had to care for my self and with my age it is very hard because of how inexperienced I am. I have been hurt, badly, by people who want me dead because of how many people are dead 'cause of me.

I've lost control of my self many time which ended up with me being wanted by every vampire hunter there was, in training or not. There was a couple times where they actually caught me enough times to scar me physically and mentally but I always found a way to escape, but not from the fear of it happening again.

I quickly looked behind me to see if he was still on my trail and let out a sigh of relief to find out that he had stopped chasing me. I then quickly looked at my surroundings as fear started to crawl down my spine, 'where I am' I thought to myself as my breathing quickened to an unsteady pace.

It seemed to be a forest of some sort but I quickly flinched at the sounds of foot steps getting closer. I was weak from running and malnutrition from me having not eaten in a while, it also wasn't help that there was a arrow in my wing.

I never really knew why my family had wings and the other of my kind didn't, was it genetics or something deeper but I never really thought about it, I guess it just made it easier to get away from people.

Just then I saw people in the distance who seemed to be the same age as me, one had blonde, spiky hair, one had split coloured hair, and one had green, fluffy looking hair. I then looked towards their uniforms...........these were vampire hunters in training.

I stared wide eyed at them as they start to notice me and start to shout and chase after me as I ran.

"HEY STOP BEFORE WE SHOOT YOU" the split haired one shouted, aim his crossbow in my direction but I didn't stop, I ran and ran hoping for some miracle I would be able to use my super speed, but couldn't, without any strength I ended up tumbling down a hill.

"HEY, COME BACK HERE BEFORE I PUT AN ARROW THROUGH YOUR SKULL!!" The blonde one shouted as I got back up on my feet to escape, but was struck back down again by the split coloured one.

Soon the other two caught up and held me down. The split haired one kneeling on my back, pinning me down and my feathery wings that had a sparkly glow to them and the blonde one pressing the side of my head into the ground to stop me from biting anyone. The blood lust was clear in my now crimson eyes, as I could smell the sent of caramel in his blood.

I looked over at the green haired one to see he was on the phone to someone and then ended it.

"They will be here soon", broccoli haired looking boy said, 'who are 'they'?', I thought in fear. I stayed still not wanting to waste my remaining energy until the blonde spoke.
