I know I should be sad - crying my heart out and all - but that was impossible. That would mean I gave up - and I never give up. Something about this whole situation didn't add up, and I was going to get to the bottom of it. At first, I have to admit I did believe what Harry said - but that was just in the moment. Looking at all the evidence, there's just no way it was all an act. It wouldn't be possible.
I started a document on my computer.

And aside from all that, I had one last reason - one I didn't include in the document, but held on to. Since the minute he left the room, this one line rang in my head, over and over again.
Know that there is no truth truer than this - I absolutely and entirely love you. Anything that says otherwise is a lie.
Anything that says otherwise is a lie...
A lie.
This whole situation says otherwise - so it's all false right? A tiny tiny part in the back of my mind knew that what he said that day could have been the lie - but I refused to accept it.
