What's going on? (Danny POV)

Lexy had been gone for a while, I started to worry, I mentioned her mother then she started panicking and ran out of the house in the dark cold night, I should of went after her but I didn't know where she was heading and I couldn't just leave the door unlocked for anyone to walk in. 

I calmed down a bit, she might of went to her mum's boyfriend's house to go and see her, because her mum hadn't been home since I'd arrived which seemed pretty odd to me. 

An hour later.... 

My phone started ringing, so I looked, it was Lexy calling me, thank god. 

"Lexy!" I said as I answered it. "Where are you, you got me worri-" I was stopped. I heard her crying down the phone. "Lexy? What's going on?" I asked.

"My- my mum." She muttered. "She- she's dead Danny! She died an nobody told me!" She screamed. 

I sat there shocked, she sounded like she was about to kill herself. 

"Fucking hell! Where are you Lexy?!" I asked panicking. 

"I'm at her boyfriend's." She cried. 

Then I heard someone taking the phone off of her and I heard her in the back crying.

"I'm her mum's boyfriend, Hello Danny." He said, not crying but he sounded devestated. 

"Hello Sir. Could you tell me what the fuck is going on please?" I asked.

"Yes, Lexy's mum was involved in a terrible car accident the other night on the way home from work, she was rushed into hospital and she later died on the night, her family knew about it so I thought Lexy already knew about it all too, obviously, because Lexy was, still is her daughter." He said, I could hear the sadness in his voice. 

"Sir. Please tell me where you live so I can come and get Lexy?" I asked.

He told me his address and I got the keys, my phone and coat and started walking to the house.

I got there and knocked on the door, the man answered it, I nodded at him and shook his hand. 

"She's in here." He whispered as he took me into the living room, Lexy was sitting on the sofa in tears. 

She looked up and saw me, I gave her a look of sadness and she cried even more and came running towards me. "Danny!" She cried and she hugged me, I squeezed her tightly as she cried into my shoulder. 

"Shh, you'll be okay Lexy, you'll get through this all. I promise." I whispered to her, trying to comfort her. 

She nodded and carried on crying into my shoulder.
