The next morning Embry showed up before 8 am to drag Stiles out of bed, which let him just say he was not happy about.

"Stiles, come on. I know it's early but it's not the shortest of drives and I want to show you something before the movie."

"Fine! Fine!" Stiles exclaimed rolling out of bed in nothing but his boxer shorts and his triskelion pendant necklace.

Embry found himself staring, not that Stiles noticed he was trying his best to fully wake up. And Embry took advantage of that letting his eyes drift over Stiles' almost naked body he didn't have ridiculous muscles like the pack but he did have a distinct outline of them and Embry had to do everything in his self-control to not run his hands over them.

"Let me just get changed" Stiles mumbled still too tired to give a damn if Embry saw him in less than possible clothes or not.

Embry watched as Stiles disappeared down the hallway and into the bathroom a sigh of relief escaping as he shook his head trying to clear the thoughts.

Ten minutes later Stiles was buckling himself up in the front seat of Embry's pickup truck, Embry climbing in after as he quickly started up the engine and pulled out of the drive.

"Want to tell me again why I had to bring so many extra jackets?" Stiles questioned as he boredly played with the truck's radio.

"So you wouldn't get cold" Embry answered like it was the most obvious common knowledge ever.

"Yeah, I got that part" Stiles sounded out with his usual dash of sarcasm, "but why would I get cold? I'm already wearing a long sleeve shirt, a hoodie, and a jacket... plus gloves" Stiles said holding his hands out in front of him to do jazz hands.

"Relax" Embry chuckled, "you'll see."

Arriving in Port Angelos, Embry and Stiles stopped at the first cafe they saw ordering two cups of coffee and six donuts. You can guess who ate most of it.

They walked around town sightseeing the different kinds of shops and stores that were littered throughout the place, apparently wherever Embry wanted to take Stiles only opened in an hour's time. So to pass the time they talked, walked, and Embry being the gentlemen he was trying to make Stiles believe he was, bought Stiles a small leather bracelet with two silver wolf heads biting the latch closed.

"Like it?" Embry asked with the biggest smile he could muster.

Stiles traced his finger over the silver and leather before glancing up with an equally big smile, "I love it."

Embry felt his phone buzz in his pocket and when he pulled it out a mischievous grin appeared on his lips, "it's time, let's go," he said grabbing Stiles' arm and dragging Stiles back to the pickup truck.

"Time for what exactly?" Stiles called out after Embry as he let himself be guided and then pushed back into the truck.

Five minutes later they were pulling up into a small and empty parking lot, "come on" Embry smirked which actually frightened Stiles. He'd seen every single smile and grin Embry could possibly give, but never had Stiles once seen him smirk.
