**Author's Note**
I'm going to be using 3rd perspective from now on. It'll still be following either Harry or Draco, depending on the chapter. And thanks for reading my fanfic ^^
Also, huge shoutout to my best friend, Katie, who helped me with ideas for this ❤️

Harry Potter walked back to his common room, his face a bright red after bumping into Draco Malfoy. Why was it that wherever he looked, he always saw Malfoy's perfect, blonde hair and deep grey eyes? And why was he thinking about that bastard?! He lightly slapped his face before entering his common room. He need something to put his mind off things.. mostly Draco. When he entered, he saw Ginny Weasley, his girlfriend, sitting on one of the couches, reading a book. Harry smiled and walked towards her. She saw him coming and looked up at him as he kissed her forehead and sat down next to her. She smiled, but saw the troubled look on his boyfriend's face.

"Hey, Harry.. is everything alright? You seem like you have something on your mind.."

Harry's mind instantly went back to thinking of Draco and he blushed again.

"Oh, it's nothing Gin.. don't worry."

Ginny raised her eyebrows at him, but went back to reading her book. She felt a little pain in her chest, and she knew what it was.. she had seen the way Harry looked at Draco.. the way he blushed when Malfoy's name was mentioned.. he never acted that way around her. She sighed and stood up, closing her book firmly. Harry looked at her and stood up as well.

"You okay, Gin?"

"I'm fine." She said sharply.

She shook her head and went back to her dorm, leaving a confused, dumbstruck Harry standing near the couch.

The next morning, Ginny was still angry at Harry. She tried to let it go, but it was difficult, since her boyfriend might not even love her anymore. Harry, who was still confused at what he did wrong, was eating a piece of toast. A few moments pass, and a letter flies down from an owl's beak. Harry raised his eyebrows at it, quite surprised. He normally never gets letters. He opened the letter gently, careful not to rip the envelope or it's contents, and read the letter (I don't know how to write love poems, so imagine he was reading one TwT)

It wasn't signed by any name in particular; not even any initials. It was simply addressed from "Your secret admirer".

Who could this be from?

Harry thought. Everyone in school knew he was dating Ginny Weasley, and nobody would even dare to break them up. Still, Harry smiled at the letter and thought of who could have sent it. It obviously couldn't be Ginny, as she was still angry at Harry for no reason. He wondered.. no, it couldn't be from him.. Harry and Draco were enemies since first year.. the letter just couldn't be from him..

Harry found his eyes drifting over towards the Slytherin table, staring at the handsome, blonde Slytherin sitting there. He found a pair of icy grey-blue eyes staring at him. They belonged to the exact boy he had been thinking of. His face wore a smile, as though he liked what he was looking at. Or rather, who. Harry's face turned a bright red and so did Draco's. Draco flashed Harry a nasty scowl before continuing his breakfast. Harry turned back to his table, his face down to a light pink. Was Draco staring at him? But, didn't he hate Harry.. Harry continued to eat his breakfast, wondering if it was Draco who sent that letter..

***

Later that day in the library, Harry was still trying to figure out who sent him the letter. He knew, deep down, that he wanted Draco to be the writer of this, but there was no way he was going to send Harry a love note. Not even in his wildest nightmares.

He knew he could easily ask Hermione to find a spell to find out the author of this letter, but there was a problem with that. What if, by chance, Draco did write the letter. Then, Hermione would know that. She'd tell Ron and poor Draco would be relentlessly teased. This was why Harry had to find out the writer the old-fashioned way.

And that way was.. staring at the letter until ideas came to him. He knew it would be a lot faster to find a spell himself, but what was the fun in that? Harry heard the library doors open and saw a boy walk in. A boy with pale blonde hair and icy blue eyes. Harry's face went a deep red and he tried to hide it in a book he found on his table.

Draco walked by Harry, noticing him hiding his extremely red face. He had the letter with him, probably trying to figure out who had written it. That was when Draco got an idea. Maybe he should mess with Potter, just this time..

He walked up to Harry from behind and whispered into his ear in a low, husky voice,

"I can see that blush, Harry~ No need to hide the fact that you were staring~"

To any by-passer, it would look like Draco was giving death threats to Harry, and Harry was getting upset. However, this wasn't the case at all. Harry's face went an even deeper red after that comment, and he'd turn to look at the owner of that voice. Unfortunately, when he turned around, he saw Draco walking out of the library, looking quite confident in himself. Harry closed his eyes and tried to bring his face color down to normal.

Harry decided to go for a walk after stopping by his common room. He needed some time to clear his head, especially after Draco's comment in the library. After a good half hour walk, Harry returned to his common room for bed. When he went through the portrait, he saw Ginny sitting on a couch in the common room, a piece of paper in her hands. The paper looked very familiar, but he couldn't quite remember where he'd seen it..

"Hey Gin, whatcha got there?"

Harry sat down next to his girlfriend, wrapping an arm around her.

"Well, it seems to be a love letter. To you."

Uh oh.. it seems that Harry has forgotten to put the letter in his room..
