Brianna Huanco's POV

It's been days since that night happened and we never saw each other again. Though, I'm  still making him a lunch but I'll just leave it to Amelia instead.

After he kissed me, we already went to our condo without talking to each other. The car was filled with awkward atmosphere while driving on our way home.

I don't know how to face him. I feel so embarrassed with no reason. He initiate to kiss me so I shouldn't feel embarrassed but still I am. I don't even know what he's thinking or feeling. Does he think about it too, right now? Does he meant that kiss? What was the kiss for? Does he have feelings for me? This is so insane.

"Miss Anna, ok ka lang po ba?" I was awaken from meditating when April snap her fingers in front of me.

"Yeah, just continue what you are doing," I said and stood up to go to the kitchen.

We're now packing some of my important things that I need to bring in New York tomorrow. I just decided to bring just one luggage since I can buy clothes naman there. Mostly it's fashion week.

I took a glass and open the refrigerator to get the pitcher and fill my glass with water. I drank all the water with one straight shot. The cold water gives me freshness. Seems like I need it for anxiety.

I was drinking my second glass of water when the doorbell rang.

"Ako na, Miss Anna!" I heard April shouted from my room.

"Ako na! Just continue what you're doing!" I commanded. I finish drinking the water before I put it on the sink and walk towards the door.

I open the door and shock marks all over my face when I saw senator standing outside my condo, in front of me. He's wearing a Balenciaga hoodie, pair of sweashorts and just a flipflops. He looks different from the suit that he always used to wear.

"Hi," he awkwardly greeted.

"Uhm, hi. What are you doing here?" I asked awkwardly.

"Just uhmm." He bow down his head before he whispered. "I missed you."

"You what?" I asked, acting like I didn't heard him.

"I missed you." He faced me. "You didn't showed up in my office so I went here."

"You missed me?" I asked, ignoring his last sentence. "Why?"

"I thought you would get it the moment I kissed you," he said, still not straighting the point.

"You mean that?" I kept asking.

"Don't make me go hard on it," he said with a little annoyance in his voice.

"Ok, then, I think you should go," I said and teased him by closing the door but he immediately blocked it.

"Teka." He let out of a heavy sigh. "I like you."

"You really are?" I sharpened my eyes.

"Yes. I'm sorry for not clearing all things out," he said, being really sincere. "But I really like you. I can't stand those days eating your pack lunch knowing that you just left it to Amelia and didn't showed up."

I smiled at him before opening the door widely and shook my head as a sign for him to come in. He smiled genuinely and entered my condo. He waited for me to closed the door first and kissed my forehead as I turn to him.

"Labas po muna ako, Miss Anna." I suddenly felt awkward hearing April's voice standing just enough distance from us.

"Oh, ok." I said. She just plastered a smile to us before finally leaving the area for us.
