A Dangerous Game

Chapter 16

As Sarah followed the nurse to the head mistress' office, you sat there thinking how all of this had happened and what you did wrong to deserve this.

Y/n's POV:
Miss Paulson, the school nurse and the headmistress came through the door and I looked at them all before the headmistress, Mrs Allen, spoke.
"Y/n, miss Paulson has decided that it would be best for her to take you and keep you safe with her at her house until you can find somewhere else to stay. The school is willing to pay for any therapy or equipment that you can decide if you need." She says and I nod and smile gratefully.
"Thank you" I say then look at Miss Paulson "thank you so much Miss P." I smile and she smiles back.

At the end of the day Sarah takes me to her car and we get in. "Miss Pa-" she interrupts me.
"Please, just call me Sarah." She says and I smile and nod.
"Ok, so anyway how am I going to get my clothes?" I ask as Sarah pulls into Lucy's school to pick her up.
"Oh don't worry about that, you can borrow my clothes. We can go shopping at the weekend for clothes." She smiles at me then gets out. I sit in the car and she comes back with Lucy and she gets in the car. "Oh hi Y/n!" She smiled, I looked back at her and waved and smiled widely at her. "Hey Lucy." I then look at Sarah when she gets back in the car.
"I don't want to be a burden to you Sarah. I can always go back home and get my clothes." I suggest and Sarah quickly turns her head to look at me.
"Absolutely not. You're not a burden and you're not going back there until everything is sorted out." She says then drives the car.

She drives us to her house and we all get out. Lucy goes up to her room and plays. I stand there awkwardly and Sarah looks back at me and pulls me in gently. "Come on, let me show you around."

Sarah takes me around the whole downstairs and then we go upstairs and shows me around. "You really do have a lovely home." I smile. We go to the guest room and she opened her arms. "Voilá!" She chuckled. I smiled. "Thanks Sarah, you've done so much for me. I don't know how to repay you if I ever could." I say.
"Done be silly dear, I'm more than happy to help. No let me get some make up remover and then some cream for that your Bruises." She says then her silhouette disappears and goes to her bathroom I guess.

Hey, I'm gonna stop it here so I have something to write for the next chapter. I have no ideas where this could go so PLEASE comment or send me what you want to happen or any suggestions you might have.
Also thanks for being patient with me, I have no motivation to write lately.
