chapter 26: what did i do?

Nicoles p.o.v
Im at home now I didn't wanna leave but the nurse told me to go home and get rest. The nurse also said she would call me when kians out of surgery. I invited sam over to keep me company since sams been alone for the past 2 months. He was sad that fatty had to go home to her family. He is now sleeping in my couch since he fell asleep last night I didn't want to wake him. He told me that since kians in the hospital he would stay with me till kians home and better. I love how sweet sam is.
"Nicole you awake?" Sam asked
"Nope just sleep walking" I say sarcastically
"Ok so what do you wanna do today?" Sam asked as he sat next to me on my bed
"I dont know I just wanna sit here and stare at a wall" I look at sam then look down at my bed
"You know if you ever need me you can just call" sam said with a smile
"I wish I new that before kian got in the accident" I said smiling a little
"Why what happend before?" He asked
"Well I was supposed to make a choice between kian and jc because the both like me but I couldnt, then I chose kian and look where were at now" I said as a tear slid down my face.
"Listen I would say kian because you two new each other longer its that simple. You can't let friends ruin your choice its your life." Sam said he always gives me good advise.
"Thanks sam but I don't think it would have mattered because its in the past. But they both want me I think I would pick the boy who wasn't fighting for me. And that I knew he had a crush on me in the first place." I smile and sam blushed.
"Who told you?" He asked
"Nobody I could tell by the way you acted around me" I smile and just look at him.
"Wait so who do you pick?" He asked.
"Well out of you, jc, and kian I might have known kian longer but he cheated. Jc would have a better life without me. So I pick sam." Sam smiled and then we both leaned in and kissed.

Sams p.o.v
Me and nicole kissed oh my gosh I just died. But after the kiss nicoles phone started to ring.

Nicoles p.o.v
"Hello?" I spoke into the phone
"Is this nicole?" The nurse said
"Yea"
"Mr.lawley is out of surgery and he's now awake he said he wants to see you" the nurse said
"Ok tell him I will be there"
"I will do that for you" the nurse said
"Thank you" I say before I hung up.
"Come on sam were going to the hospital." I look at him
"Ok lets go ill drive" sam said as he ran out the door and jumped in the car. We get to the hospital and walked to the room.
"Hey kian how you feeling?" I ask him. He looks better than before.
"Im feeling better. So who did you pick?" He asked
"Kian I don't want to speak about that right now" I said looking at the ground,
"You picked jc didn't you?" He asked getting mad
"No I didn't. I picked nither of you. You both are fighting and now im ruining a friendship" I said as kian looked down
"So you're single?" He asked me while looking at sam
"No im not single" I then looked at sam
"So who are you dating?" He asks a lot of questions
"Shes dating me" sam said as he walked closer to kian.
"And this is why I didn't want sam and you to meet because I knew he liked you and I was the one dating you." Kian said looking at me
"Kian I put you through hell I ruined your life I-" he cut me off..
"You made my life better. I can't live without you I love you" he said and that brought tears to my eyes

"I-I didnt think I did" I said crying
"So everything we had is gone. Theres no more us kian and nicole is now gone." A tear slide down kians face and I wiped it off
"Im sorry I should go" I ran out the room in tears.
