Alarms blare throughout the house, waking up Ash and I. We jump to our feet, knowing that the alarm means an attack. Kiko, Mark, and my parents throw open Ash's door. Just then, I remember that Ash's parents left to go on a trip for themselves.

"Hurry! We need to get you out of here." Mom shouts, ripping the blanket off of our forms. We nod, she hands us our emergency bag of only a couple sets of clothes and a toothbrush.

"Kiko, you and you're mate will take Ash, Jay, and Blade to the house we met you. You will also grab, Sam, Matt, and Max. They will need a few friends with them. The rest of the kids are down in the bunker. We all know that this Pack wants Ash and Jay." Dad orders Kiko, he nods along with his mate.

"We can't send anyone with you without it getting suspicious. I'm sorry. You'll run there, three kids on each back." Mom orders, they nod again. Lukas bursts in with Blade and our friends.

"We love you sweetie. We don't know when we'll see you next, so just know that we're doing this because we love you. Goodbye, our sweet girl." Mom says and hugs me with a lingering kiss to my forehead.

"I love you so much, baby girl. Take care of yourself and your friends. Ash, take care of Jay for us okay buddy? We love you too." Dad says and hugs both of us.

"Yes, Solomon." Ash answers with a nod and grabs my hand.

"Bye, Kiko. Take care of them, would ya?" Dad says with tears in his eyes, they nod and hug each other. Kiko takes Ash, Blade, and I down the hidden stairs. Mark takes Sam, Matt, and Max with him behind us. A tear rolls down my cheek and I squeeze Ash's hand tightly. We reach the surface and see the Pack fighting with all they got. Kiko and Mark shifts immediately.

We get on their backs and they start running through the tree's at full speed. Panic squeezes my heart and sadness tightens my throat as tears spill down my cheeks. I'm in the front, hugging Kiko's neck, Ash is behind me and Blade is behind him.

Mark is beside us with our other three friends on his back. They run the rest of the night and the day, until it's around three in the afternoon. They stop and we get off their backs. Mark races off and comes back twenty minutes later with a dead deer. Him and Kiko eats as we wait for them to replenish their energy. I lean my head against Ash's shoulder and close my eyes. He wraps his arm over my shoulder and gently puts his head on top of mine.

Kiko and Mark lay down in their wolf forms, after about another twenty minutes they stand up and gesture for us to get on their backs. We hop on and they run for a couple more hours before they stop and we jump off. They go behind a few trees, shift back, and get dressed. They come back out with tired expressions.

"Let's go and rent a hotel and get some dinner. We're in Leavenworth, Washington." Kiko says, he ushers us out of the woods and into a small crowd. We walk a bit of ways until we reach a small diner. We go in and sit down at a booth. We quickly eat dinner silently and find a hotel.

Kiko uses an emergency credit card, my parents got it for just this kind of thing and made it where Kiko can put money into the account to keep it full as we use it, to pay for the room. We head down a hall and enter a suite.

Kiko and Mark take their baths first, and then us kids take turns. We change into clean clothes and fall asleep in either the extra room or on the couch. The next morning, we sleep in until ten and then we eat the free breakfast and start running again. We reach whatever place he was told to take us around four.

We enter a nice ranch style home with five bedrooms and a huge living room and kitchen. "Okay! So, we're going to sleep for the rest of the day and tomorrow we'll enroll you in the school here. You'll start school in two days." Mark begins but Kiko steps in.
