A special regiment contains of 12 special people which was founded for them. They have special skills, abilities more than normal people from outside to inside.
1. Alex.
A mimic with mouths and eyes over his body, his origin is totally unknown, using codename: Alex. He could eat a normal person (not a real person of the test) just one bite when he use full body. He could reach around the Earth just stretching his and expand bigger than a country (test approved) with self-healed functions.

2. Gloomface.
Alex's companion, both of them were discovered at the same time, origin is unknown. How Alex understands him (base on his testified) is still a mystery. He could absorb many people's souls into his lantern. He also can summons creature from his ideas, from a cute little yokai girl to the Cartoon Cat from nowhere.

3. Fallen Oracle.
A witcher, his indentity is the same. Discovered when he killed a group of gangsters. He could manipulate time and space, but exchange his massive strengh. His origins is about 500 years ago, somewhere in North of Mongo.

4. Ghost Messenger.
An electric phantom from the past. He is a dual swordman with his loyal black panther. His skill is above fantastical, he could even block bullets from a gatling gun (approved by tests). Origin is about Edo dynasty.
