Chapter 44

                    "Confessions'

After Jesse left, Teesha called and text Michael with no reply back either way. She even dialed the chief's private line and when he told her no meeting was scheduled with Michael her heart sunk. She dragged the bottle of bubbly,one glass and the bowl of chocolate strawberries out to the hot tub with her. She drowned herself in pity remembering Jesse's last words before he walked out the door tonight.

Jesse had just pulled into Valet. He handed the employee his keys and walked through the double gold doors. He took the elevator to the seventh floor holding his camera bag on his shoulder. Once the elevator doors opened he proceeded to the right and walked down the hall,made a left and approached Kimbra's suite. She opened the door quickly pulling him inside and closing the door "Where the hell were you?"she snapped. "I've been calling and texting you."she pulling her hair back. "I had business. So did you do it?"he asked. "What the fuck does it look like I've been doing"she tossed her head over in the direction of the couch "Now help me get him in the bed. The drugs will wear off soon." she said rushing over to the couch. Jesse followed her and practically pulled Michael up with one arm and tossed him on the bed. Kimbra undressed him then unsnapped her bra as she climbed into bed. "OK. Make sure the pictures look authentic. Could you get the damn camera ready?"she hissed as she pressed her lips to Michael's stuffing her tongue inside his mouth. "Teesh, baby."he groaned out. "I love,you."he mumbled. "I love you. Mmmm."she meshed her lips tightly pulling his naked body on top of hers. Her legs dangled around his back as she made erotic faces and Jesse snapped several pictures. She straddled Michael propping his arms around her body to reference her riding him. Jesse continued to take pictures until he was out of film. "Perfect! She shouted. "Soon you green eyed devil we'll both have what we want. You get those film developed pronto because I want to be in my mans bed by Monday. Now help me get his clothes on before he wakes up."she told him climbing out of bed retrieving Michael's clothes.

When Michael came to he woke up on Kimbra's couch. He nearly jumped out of his skin."Wh...what time is it?"he looked down at his wedding band. "Almost eleven. You weren't feeling so good ,so I suggested you rest,and you fell asleep."Kimbra explained. "I....I gotta go.Teesha has to be worried. "He stood up. "Look Kim I just want my life back." He exclaimed as she stared deeply at him remembering just an hour and a half ago. "And that's all I want for you, too. I'm starting over, Michael. "She hugged his neck. "I love you and it will never change, but I accept that we can't be together."she smirked sneakingly hugging his neck. "I'm glad we can settle this once and for all. I wish you love and I hope you can find it. "Michael pulled out of her embrace then exited her suite.

A couple of days later Teesha still wasn't talking to Michael. However, she let Jesse come sit with his daughter in between that time. Michael had just arrived home as Teesha was sitting in the Family room with Jesse,Le'Lani and the twins. They were all laughing when Michael entered. He walked in as Le'Lani pulled his leg saying Hi, daddy. He looked down and smiled at her, gave Jesse an intimidating stare,then looked at his wife pulling her by the wrist into the hall."You can play house with him,but all week long you ignore me" Michael shouted. "Keep your voice down. You forget you lied to me after all we've been through. Even when your crazy jump off walk back into our life and we work through that you lie. How do you think I feel calling your boss asking to speak with you only to learn you never were in a meeting. Were you with her? Is that it?"she hissed. "You know Jesse was right. "She scoffed folding her arms across her chest. "So now you listening to the man who wants to take my place?I want him out of my got damn house!!!! As a matter of fact I'll kick his ass out!"Michael shouted as Teesha pulled his arm. "Michael not infront of the children. You won't do this here!"she snapped and he pulled away walking back into the family room. Le'Lani was clapping to a cartoon as Mj and Jalina cooed kicking their feet in the air laying on a humungous pile of blankets and pillows on the floor. "It's time for you to leave. If you don't want me to kick your as..."Michael paused as his daughter looked around at him and back at the TV. "I need you to exit my house now,boy."Michael gritted his teeth. "You know you never fail to amaze me Jackson." Jesse walked forward. "And here I had your life in my hands." He said pulling out a yellow envelope. He sailed by Michael patted his chest with the rolled up envelope in his hand. "You just fucked up. Thank you." He smirked smugly at,Michael then slowly approached Teesha. "I didn't want to do this, but you need to see the truth. And no matter what happens, remember I do love you." He leaned forward kissing Teesha's cheek. Michael didn't waste a breath or a punch. He pulled Jesse by the collar raised his fist slamming it into Jesse's nose. The twins and Le'Lani cried out hearing their mother scream out for Michael to stop."I can't believe you did this infront of them." She rolled her eyes shaking her head at Michael then ran to her children so she could comfort their cries.
