Chapter Nine: Dazzle Me More
Lottie's Point Of View
Alex huffed loudly next to me for the seventh time that hour, "I hate the other schools being here!"
"I know." I replied automatically, but still tried to appear engrossed in the leaflet I held in my hand so Alex may stop talking and read her own, or watch Fred again,
"I really hate Drumstrang!"
"I know." I looked over at George,
"They shouldn't even be here!"
"I know." George looked at me, I looked away,
"Why are they here Lottie?"
"I know."
"Lottie? Are you even listening?"
"I know." At this time, I think Alex figured I didn't want to hear what she had to say, and I continued to stare at George over the top of the 'Grades To Heal' leaflet McGonagall had given me in the handful of days before the other pair of schools arrived. Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. Two other magical schools deciding to lodge upon the Hogwarts grounds for the Triwizard Tournament and the two other schools which were causing Alex the most amount of stress I've ever seen her be in. I believed we was all to be in for more of Alex's infamous voice, when the simultaneous yell of Fred and Hermione cut short her moan,
"I'VE GOT IT!"
"I'll write a report upon why house elves should be set free and send it direct to Dumbledore! He's sure to listen to me if I really cut into him about the problem!" Hermione proclaimed, voice filled with joy and a beam on her face,
"We can make an aging potion! And take it before we put our names into the goblet! It'll fool it! And we'll be older so we can legal enter it!" Fred proclaimed, voice filled with joy and a beam on his face. They then both looked at each other and frowned,
"Your's was a stupid idea! Who are you calling stupid? Yeah, you! HMPH!" Arms were folded, and backs were turned,
"Everything went better than expected." Ron said stupidly.

"Put the newt legs in." I sighed, and George obediently place the three legs into the cauldron containing the potion Alex was stirring. It bubbled, and then let off a puff of turquoise smoke, "And all you have to do is stir it nine times clockwise, and leave it to simmer. Now give my book and ten galleons." I said, holding out my hand to Fred. He sighed, then threw ten galleons into my palm and George pulled my artist's book from under his robe and I grasped it with my free hand,
"I really thought you'd of done that for free really Lottie." Alex said, resting the ladle against the side of the cauldron and looking up at me,
"I'm standing in the girls bathroom on the second floor at 2.30am. It's cold, I'm tired and there's a ghost crying in cubical three. I would NOT do this for free." I said, staring at her with slight disbelief,
"You need to ... to lighten up Lottie." George said, standing up and giving me a hug. I huffed and patted his back,
"Thank you wise one. Now if you'll excuse, I'm going to bed where I will not be waiting up for any of you. You're all idiots. Good night." I said, nodding my head and leaving the room. I treaded along the corridors of Hogwarts and upon reaching the common room door, waited for the Fat Lady to awake with my arms folded. She stirred not seconds later, and open her eyes sleepily,
