Bendy and Friends in RWBY Part 2

Chapter 8: Missions

The next morning, Bendy and Ruby were asked to see Professor Ozpin in his office. When they arrived, Professor Goodwitch and General Ironwood were waiting for them as well. "Hey," said Ruby, "sorry we're late. Someone pushed all the buttons on the way up here. It wasn't me." Bendy just shook his head. "How are you feeling today Bendy and Ruby?" asked Ozpin. "I would feel better if my bad guy catching record wasn't 0-3," said Ruby jokingly. "Or mine 0-2," said Bendy, also jokingly. The three adults looked at them seriously. "Okay," said Ruby, "so that's the tone we're going for." Ironwood then walked up to the two and said, "I just want you two to know that what you did last night is what being a huntsman and huntress is all about. You both saw a threat, you took action, and you did the best you could as a team." Ruby and Bendy smiled at Ironwood. "Thanks General," said Bendy, "that means a lot coming from you." "So," said Professor Goodwitch, "did she look familiar? Did she say anything?" "No," said Ruby, "she had a mask on her face." "She also fought with glass," said Bendy, "but I don't think that was her semblance, and she didn't say anything to us. She also shot a fire ball at us." "Save for the glass," said Goodwitch, "that sounds like the woman Ruby, Bendy and I fought the night we met." "Embedding Glass into clothing is an age old technique," said Ironwood, "It could have been anyone." Bendy then thought of something. He took out noise cancelling headphones and carefully put them on Ruby without her noticing before asking, "Do you think this woman is the same one who attacked Amber?" Ozpin, Goodwitch, and Ironwood looked at each other. "It could be," said Ozpin, "she could be the one who took half of the fall maiden powers." Bendy then took the headphones off Ruby and she said, "Well, she didn't say anything directly to us, we think she mumbled something about a base in the South Eastern borders of Vale." "Really? Thank you for your time," said Ozpin, "you may go spend time with your team." The two students left to tell the team.

"So," asked Alex, "how did it go?" Team BBAA was hanging out in the dorm room of Team RWBY and were waiting for both team leaders to come back. "Well," said Ruby, "we managed to let them know of the location we found earlier." "Why would you do that!?" Weiss asked, annoyed. Earlier, Steve and Boris managed to locate Bart and Torchwick and they decided to find a mission in the same location. "Hey," said Bendy, "you might have easily said it as Ruby did." "Oh cheer up sis," said Yang, "hey I know what will cheer you up." "What?" asked Ruby. "I don't know. I thought we could open it together," said Yang. "OH SOMETHING FROM HOME!" squealed Ruby happily as she ran over and hooked her legs around Yang as Ruby tried to get the package. Yang shook the can, and what looked like a grey towel popped out. It then started to quiver until it took the shape of a small corgi dog. The two teams looked at the corgi until it barked happily at them. They all screamed and Ruby cried excitedly, "ZWEI!!" "He sent a dog?" asked Blake. "In the mail?" asked Weiss. "Oh relax, he does stuff like this all the time," said Yang as Ruby held Zwei and he licked her face. "Who, your dad or the dog?" asked Blake as she watched fearfully from Ruby's bunk. "Oh relax," said Boris, "he's not that scary." Zwei then barked at Boris. "I know right. Even cat faunus are scared of us." Team RWBY then looked at Boris and Yang asked, "You can speak to dogs?" "Hey, I'm a wolf," said Boris. "So are you telling me," said Weiss, "that this mangy... drooling... mutt is going to wive with us forevew!? Oh yes he is!" "Please keep it away from my things," said Blake. Then Glynda Goodwitch spoke on the intercom and said, "All students please report to the main hall to select your missions please. No excuses." "All right Dream Team," said Bendy, "Let's get this investigation under way." Everyone left the room while Ruby stayed and looked at Zwei like she had an idea.

Teams BBAA and RWBY walked up to the screen and looked at the various missions that they could select. "Oh, here's one!" said Ruby, " 'Search and Destroy'. It's also in the south east quadrant." Ruby and Bendy both put their scrolls up the screen to sign their teams up, but they were both denied. " 'Third year students and higher only'?" read Yang. "Well that's a load of Bull," said Alex. "Hello Team RWBY and BBAA," said Ozpin as he walked up to them, "I just wanted to ask how you all knew of a secret base in the south east quadrant, and how you all managed to be at the docks at a convenient time and know where the White Fang was." Both teams looked at Ozpin before he said, "How about waiting to break the rules, we just bend them." Ozpin then typed in his scroll and the mission accepted both teams. "We won't let you down Professor," said Ruby. "I will also have a professional Huntsman accompany," said Ozpin. "Sweet!" said Alice. Team BBAA and RWBY walked out to get to the airship. "Hey," said a student, "Team CFVY(Coffee) is back." Ruby walked up to Velvet, the rabbit Faunus who used to be picked on by Cardin and his team, and asked, "Velvet, what happened? Your mission was meant to end a week ago." "There were just so many of them," said Velvet, "Don't worry, I had Yatsuhashi to protect me." Velvet then took a picture of Ruby, and smiled at her. "Hey guys," cried Boris, "Sorry I took so long, I had to give the other's their weapons." Boris was walking with some cases and gave them to Alex and Alice. Alex opened his, and in it was a hammer that had two flat sides. "Awesome," said Alex, "I will name this Mjölnir II!" "Why II?" asked Blake. "There is a superhero with a hammer like this, but smaller and only needs one hand to hold it," replied Alex. Alice got a pair of dual swords that could be turned into a bow when put together. "What do I use for arrows?" asked Alice. "I thought you would be able to use your powers," said Boris, "But might want to wait until we get to the battlefield." "You guys are going on world saving missions without us!?!" cried Nora as Team JNPR came up behind the two teams, "I'm jealous,... and angry,... and a little hungry. That last one's not your fault Ren." Ren just sighed as Jaune explained that his team was going to shadow the sheriff in a nearby town. "Good luck to you all," said Pyrrha, "we'll also be on the lookout for any emeralds for you guys." "Thanks guys," said Bendy. "You guys ready?" asked Ruby, "I can't believe that we actually get to travel with a Professional Huntsman!" The Huntsman they saw that was accompanying them was the one they least expected to go with them: Professor Oobleck. "Hello children and Toons," said the Professor, "Who's ready to fight for their lives?"
