When x You x Meet x His x Family

Chrollo:

-Chrollo's never expressed a desire to introduce you to his family
-And frankly your not even very sure that he actually knows his biological family
-Not that your very keen on meeting them anyway
-Considering that you know where he comes from
-So you can understand why he may not want to revisit that place if he doesn't have to
-Although as far as you can tell the troupe are the people that Chrollo truly considers to be his family
-And they all adore you
-When your not bossing them around that is
-And so you have a very close relationship with Chrollo's "family"

Tserriednich:

-Tserriednich's not introduced you to his family becuase he sees no need for it
-And he especially doesn't want to considering the higher risk that it would pose to him come the time for succession
-We're he to introduce you he would be giving himself a massive disadvantage
-He'd be revealing to his entire family what his greatest weakness
-Which would hinder his accession to the throne and put an unnecessary target on your back
-And while you have briefly met one or two of Tserriednich's 13 brothers
-You can't say as you were very fond of them
-They were rather crude referring you as Tserriednich's "pretty little thing" right infront of you
-To which you could not be offended or defend yourself
-And although it pissed Tserriednich off he was sure to refrain from outwardly showing his frustration
-It was only afterwards in the car ride home that he'd complain about his brother to you
-And promised that his brother wouldn't be able to refer to you is such a way in due time
-So it's safe to say that you do not have a very good relationship with his family

Shalnark:

-Shalnark along with most all of the original troupe members have no idea who their blood relations are
-And the few that do want absolutely nothing to do with them
-And so Shalnark's never offered to introduce you to his family
-And has outright rejected your desire to visit his home town
-For the longest time you couldn't understand why he'd get so admit and defensive when you'd ask
-Which once led to a fight during which Shalnark accidentally admitted to you where he was from
-And hearing the infamous city the argument immediately ended
-As you suddenly understood why Shal refused to take you to see his home
-And so you've never asked him about it agin
-And instead you've tried making him feel more at home where he is now

Feitan:

-Similarly Feitan and you both are very unwilling to visit Meteor city if your not needed to
-Feitan is aware of who his father is because he killed him after he'd murdered his mother with a brick
-A story you only learned from the other troupe members many many years later
-Apparently it happened only a short time before Feitan found you
-And you've always known that Feitan refuses to talk about his family
-So for the longest time you only assumed that he wasn't sure who they were
-Or that he resented being abandoned
-But a while after Phinks and Franklin had told you about Fei's history
-You gently asked him what his mother was like
-And although he didn't answer you for a very long time
-He told you the very few things that he could remember about her
-So while you never met his actual family your rather fond of his mothers memory

Kite:

-Kite has very few memories of his family
-He only remembers his father as a dark hazy silhouette
-But he can remember the color of his mothers hair
-It'd been the same color of his own but short and almost so dirty that it seemed brown at the ends
-So he's rather fond of the color of his hair which you assume is why he chose to grow it out
-And although Kite can't seem to remember much more he likes to think that his mother would have liked you
-And while you never met his parents your oddly grateful to them for leaving you such an amazing person

Hisoka:

-Hisoka has no recollections of his mother
-All he knows is that his father would rave and rant about her being a slut and a whore
-And aside from his father drunkenly slandering his mother he doesn't remember much of him either
-And so without holding much affection for his parents he ran away to join the circus
-(Sorta of semi-canonical, theirs a one shot of this by an approved mangaka)
-He never though much of either of them afterwards just dislikes heavy drinkers and strong perfume
-And you've asked him about his family before but he always just sorta shrugs
-Doesn't really know and frankly doesn't really care either
-He could have probably passed his parents on the streets hundreds of times and not even know it

Illumi:

-You first met Illumi's grandfather when he came to Meteor city to select new apprentice butlers
-He'd chosen you along with one other girl and boy from an orphanage ran out of a church
-You had no idea what you'd signed up for when you agreed to go with him but you imagined anything had to be better than the slum capital
-And within a year of being at the estate the two other children who'd started with you had been fired or as you learned later
-They were more likely "let go"
-And while you quickly came to understand the harsh realities of your new position
-You were still blindly grateful to the family for the longest time despite only ever meeting Zeno
-And you served them contently for 5 years without meeting another Zoldyck
-Though you imagined and fantasized that such generous wealthy people must be amazing humans
-That was before learning how they treated their children and for that you came to resent them
-Considering their kids quality of life was arguably worse than that of some of the children back in Meteor city
-And you learned to hate them with a deeper passion the more you learned about Illumi's childhood
-He was their first born and as such their "trial child"
-From the stories Illumi told you it almost seemed to you they were intentionally trying to break him
-To see how far they could push a child before it could no longer endure legitimate torture
-They didn't care as much about him surviving much because he wasn't thier ideal genetical offspring after all
-And they could always make more children
-So even though you have very limited interaction with his parents
-You hold strong resentment and hatred for them
-Illumi's brothers on the other hand your rather fond of and feel quite bad for
-Though you especially like Kaluto and Killua

Kirapika:

-well you can't meet his family... for obvious reasons
-you console him about his family when ever he's having a ruff time
-and he's told you a few times how much his clan would have loved you
-he's shared a lot of child hood stories with you as well
-so in a way you feel like you know his family

Killua:

-Killua doesn't want you to meet his parents
-he doesn't think that introduction would go very well
-but he's introduced you to his younger siblings and grandfather
-unfortunately his older brother also knows about you witch Killua isn't very happy about
-but his younger siblings adore you they love doing your hair and like it when you play dress up with them

Gon:

-Gon has introduced you to his aunt and grandmother
-they both absolutely love you
-Gon's aunt thinks of you as her own kid
-and gons grandmother loves to knit you things and bake you treats
-you and Gon both have yet to meet his biological parents tho
