I sigh in relief. Finally she's asleep, my sister, Ella.
"Goodnight lil princess." I kissed her forehead and got up.
I headed towards the door, before I shut it I looked back and smiled. She's my precious lil sis to me.. I can't lose her.

"Good Morning ate!!" She hugged me from the back.
"Good Morning my lil princess" I looked down to her and smiled.
"What's for breakfast?" She said in a cute tone.
"Hmm.. let me see." I hold her hand and went to the table with her.
"We have, bacon and especially your favorite.." her sweet smile became even brighter when she saw what's on the table "..your favorite, pancake!"
"Yeheeeey! Lets eat na ate! I'm hungry na po eh" hinila hila niya ang aking kamay
"Okay, let me help you to your seat."
"How are you feeling today?" I asked Ella while she stuffed her mouth with pancake.
I waited until she finally finished what she's eating.
"I'm good, all better. I kind of feel dizzy when I woke up but I'm okay ate. No need to worry"
Is she my lil sis? She speaks like a highschool girl though she's just 5 years old.
"You're becoming smarter." I tapped her back.
"So are you done eating? We need to get to the doctor for you to have your monthly check up"
Her smile faded
"But i told you earlier ate that I'm alright. I don't want to see my doctor, maybe he'll inject something to me again.. it's painful." Her eyes pleading
"We need to." I'm not going to allow you to skip your monthly check up, maybe something will come up if we don't have your check up now, I whispered in my head.
"BUT.." she protested
"No buts Ella. Go to your room and fix yourself, be ready in 15 minutes okay?"
I won't be able to hold it if it comes up again.. we need to be sure Ella. I'm doing this not for me, but for you.

"She's doing good, when she can't stand the pain last night it's normal, nothing to worry about Allison, it happens to people who had that kind of operation."
I was relieved. "Thank you Doc"
"You can meet me, every six months. But you should always look after her, ask her frequently what she feels."
My 3 year old sister had her operation 1 and a half month ago, brain operation. I don't know what's the cause that time because my brain was preoccupied, all the things that the doctor said to me was nothing. All I thought about that time is she needed to be operated immediately.
"We'll go ahead Doc. See you after six months" we exchanged smiles
"Six months?" My lil sis asked
I looked down to see my sisters eyes glooming.
I nooded
"YES!" I chuckled because of her happiness. Her smile perceived on her face.
