"Goodmorning Auntie, Uncle" I heard Enz voice galing sa sala. I looked at my clock, he's 30 minutes earlier. Simula nung bata pa kami, nagpresenta na si Enz na susunduin niya ako sa bahay namin tuwing kami ay papasok, at tutal naman ay madadaanan niya ang bahay ko. Nagsuklay muna ako, buti nalang at nakabihis na ako, hindi na siya maghihintay ng matagal.
"Goodmorning Enzo, have you eaten your breakfast?" Mom asked Enz.
Dahil magkalapit lang naman ang sala at ang kwarto ko, naririnig ko ang conversation ng parents to at si Enz.
"Yes, I already did Auntie" he replied
"Andi is in her room, just wait for her here in a few minutes." Dad told Enz while his eyes are fixed on the newspaper.
After a minutes, I heard them laughing. Ano naman kaya ang pinagtatawanan nila? Sumilip ako saglit sa sala.
"She's so cute here Auntie!" may tinuro siyang picture sa isang album.. WAIT, ALBUM? WHAT ALBUM IS IT?! OH MY. OH MY.. hindi ako mapakali, Lord, sana hindi yung album na yun.
"I know, that time she said 'Mom, take a picture of me' she really like her pose in that picture." Mom chuckled.
I think we should go now, mamaya baka makita pa niya yung picture na ayaw na ayaw kong ipakita sa iba, dun ko kasi inipit yung picture na yun para walang makakita.
Pumunta ako sa sala, "MOM!" magkasalubong na kilay kong sinabi.
Nagulat si mama sa pagdating ko.
"Hey sweetheart, I was just showing Enzo your baby pictures." she said when she'd been conscious to my sudden appearance.
Tumingin ako sa album na hawak ni Enz, buti nalang at nasa first page palang sila ng album. Thank you Lord, nakahinga ako ng maluwag.
I got the album from Enz's lap "Mom we're going now." mahinahon kong sinabi.
"Okay, Take Care" puno ng pagtataka ang mukha ni Ma.
"Bye Auntie, Uncle!" Enz waved to them.
Naglalakad ako ng mabilis paalis ng bahay namin.
"Hey, slow down" hinihingal na sabi ni Enz sabay hawak sa balikat ko.
"Why are we walking?" he added.
Napaisip naman ako.. dahil sa mabilis ko palang paglakad simula ng paglabas namin ng bahay hindi ko na napansin si Kuya Bud, Enz's driver.
"I just want to have fresh air, that's why.." palusot ko.
"What happened in your house... what's that all about?" he asked curiously
Silence filled the air... uh-uhhh... my brain is sill loading.. uhhh...
Okay, Andi.. how will you explain it? Magaling kang magpalusot diba? Ano na palusot mo?
........ and after a few sec
"Uhm.. have you done your homework?" I said, trying to change the topic, hindi naman niya ata napansin ang pagpapalusot ko. Minsan din si Enz, hindi nakakahuli kung nagpapalusot ang isang tao.
"Yup, it was hard tho." he said.
"I know.. I wish Math didn't exist"
Si Enz talaga, ang bilis mautakan. Napailing ako and I chuckled
siniko niya ako
"Hey! What's that for?!" sabi ko ng medyo nakataas ang boses.
"Why are laughing?"
"Something comes up to my mind.. and yeah.." I said while holding back the laugh
"What is it?" lumapit siya sa akin. handang makinig.
