Chapter 15: Hospital

Today is a brand new day!

"Good morning dad, Good morning mom." I hugged them both from the back using mga arms

"How's my little sister?" I kissed my sis in her forehead and she smiled at me

I got sausage and a bread in the table and drank some milk

"I'm going now. Bye!" I went towards the door and stuffed my mouth with the bread and sausage that I got

Hindi na ako umupo ngayon sa dining, because I told mom that I wanted to be really early sa school. And yeah, i don't know why.. that's what my guts tells me so i did.

I started walking with my earphone on

"Good morning sun, Good morning flowers" I whispered as I look at the sky down to the flowers I see at the sidewalk

It is the most beautiful day of the year, the sun is shining so bright, there are clouds surrounding it, kaya naman hindi ganun ang init na tumatama sa akin

I am half way sa school when I heard a beep of a car

I looked to my side and the windows rolled, tinanggal ko naman ang earphones ko

"It seems like masarap ang gising mo ah"

I smiled happily at him "Good Morning Mike!"

He let out a small chuckle "Heading to school?" tinuro niya ang direksyon sa harap niya

"Yeah"

"Hop in" he offered

Hindi na ako nagdalawang isip na makisabay sa kanya

"So, you're walking every morning to school?" he said while looking in front

"Yeah, it is some kind of exercise for me" I nodded

"Do you want me to pick you up in your house every morning? Sabay na tayo pumasok ng school" tumingin siya sa akin ng saglit at ibinaling ulit ang tingin sa daan

"Ah, hindi na. Thank you ah but I like walking every morning" pagtanggi ko. Nakakahiya naman at magiging responsibilidad niya pa ako

"If that's what you like" He again looked at me with a smile in his face.

Nandito na pala kami sa parking lot "but if you need anything don't hesitate to tell me, I'm your friend right?"

"Yeah, thank you for your generosity" sinukbit ko na ang bag ko at binuksan ko na ang pintuan ng kotse

"Thank you again for the ride. I'll get going" I pointed the building that is beside me, because we'll go on our separate ways, ang building kasi ng engineering department ay nasa side niya. Bali magkatapat ang building namin and the center is the parking lot

Dumeretso ako agad sa classroom namin ng Arts. Today Sir Lim, tinuruan niya kami kung paano mag gradient, I think art would be one of my favorite subject. It made me express what I am feeling without others judging my work. I looked around and saw my classmates na yung iba naiinis na sa brush nila, the others they are still trying to figure out how to make their paintings good. And I am sitting right here enjoying what I'm doing.

two weeks left till our story submission in literature. They said that two brains is better than one brain but in my case I think it wasn't. Seeing him inside the classroom, parang gustong kumawala ng mga dugo ko sa katawan ko. His presence just makes me want to drop out but of course I can't do it, magatiis nalang ako for few months and it will be over.
