~Lori's POV~

I'm at my locker about to get my books until....

"Lori!"

I turned around to see my best friend, Ella Matthews, running up to me, out of breath.

"Whoa...slow down there, tiger. What's the rush?" I asked.

"There's a new boy at school."

"Okay and I should be excited and surprised because...."

She slapped my arm and I winced in pain.

"Owww. What the hell was that for?" I said rubbing my arm.

"We should see him."

"Okay okay fine."

Without no hesitation, she drags me by my arm. She pulls me towards a crowd. I suddenly see him.

OMG!! He is cute. He's tall, has a muscular face, brown hair and chocolate eyes. But I'm not interested. I never went out with a boy since my ex broke cheated on me and got another girl pregnant. I have no intentions to go out with someone else. Ella tried so hard to convince me to move on and go out with someone new but it never worked. I then felt someone poke me in my arm.

"So....what do you think?" Ella asked, her brown eyes twinkling.

"He's hot but I'm not interested."

She sighs. "Uggghh, come on Lori, you haven't dated anyone since..."

"Since my ex cheated on me." I finished for her. "I know, I know. But I'm just not ready."

"It's been two whole fucking years now. Get over it."

"Okay. Whatever" I said as I walk away.

"Where are you going?" she yelled at me.

"To class" I yelled back.

I'm a smart and intellegent girl. I have long, brunette hair that I like to wear half up half down always. I have creamy-colored skin and brown hazelnut eyes. I have long legs with a large frame and small waist.

I walk to my math class and I opened the door.

"Good morning, Miss Banks."

"Good morning, Mr. Evans" I said back.

I take a seat in the first row. Mr. Evans began on the lesson. I focused on him and the lesson the whole class period. Then the bell rings and everyone sprints from their seats and head out.

As I walk out, someone bumps into me.

"I'm so sorry. I wasn't looking and..." I beagn to say as I look up at the person I bumped into. It was the new boy.

He smirked at me. "It's okay, babe. No worries" he said as he checked me out until his eyes stopped at my mid thigh. I was wearing a pink skirt with a white tank top with a jean jacket on. I was wearing matching pink heels.

"Hey! Eyes are up here!" I said and his eyes met mine. "And don't call me 'babe'."

"Fine. Can you just tell me where is Miss Ferguson's class is at?"

"Sure. I'm heading to that class, too."

We start walking. I see him sneaking glances at me now and then.

"What?" I said.

He shook his head like he just woke up from a bad dream. "You just look so beautiful."

I smile. "Thanks."

"I'm Trey Smith. What's your name?"

"Lori Banks."

He smiles. "Even your name is beautiful."

I smile and blush. Oh no no no no no. I know that I just did not blush.

He notices it and smiles. We get to Miss Ferguson's class.

"Well here we are" I said. I opened the door and we went inside. I took a seat and Trey took a seat next to me. I start doing my work when someone gently pats me on my shoulder.

"Can you help me with this?" Trey ask as his chocolate eyes light up.

"Okay."

We worked together until the bell rings. I gather my things and head out of the door.

"Hey, Lori!"

I turn around and see Trey running to me. He reaches to me.

"Where ya goin' "? he asked.

"Lunch."

"I was thinking we cut school" he said, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Um no way" I said as I push him in the chest. He grabs me by my waist.

"Ooooh fiesty. I like that" he said in a low sexy voice.

"Pervert" I said as I push him again and walk off. He catches up to me. We walk to the cafeteria and grab a plate. He follows me to my table where Ella is already there, reading.

"What's up, El?" I said as I sit down. Trey sits next to me.

"Hey, Lori" she looks up and see Trey.

"Oh um Ella, this is Trey Smith. Trey, this is my best friend, Ella Matthews."

"Hey."

"Hey" Ella said.

As we eat, Josh Addams and Emilio Gomez walks over here, my other two best friends.

"Hey Lori and Ella" they both say as they sit down. Emilio sits next to Ella and Josh sits on the other side of me.

"Oh have you guys met Trey Smith?"

"Sup" they both say to Trey.

"Sup."

"I think the three of you are going to get along just fine. You're sick minded and everything" I say teasingly.

"Wow. Thanks a lot, Lori. I'm now wounded" Josh said as he puts a hand over his heart.

"Well it's true."

"And it's true that you love bad, sick minded boys" Emilio piped up.

I send him a glare that makes him stop talking. We all laugh and joke around until the bell rings for us to go to third class.

"Bye, guys" I say.

"Bye Lori" Josh, Emilio and Ella say as they head out to the door. Someone grabs my arm and pulls me back.

"Let's skip" Trey said as he walks us towards the exit. I stop dead in my tracks.

"Hell no."

"Why not? Awww come on, babe. Have a little fun. Why are you so mean?"

"Don't call me babe."

"Alright. Will you come with me?" he looks at me with pleasing eyes. I can't help but to say yes.

We head out to the exit door and he walks to a blue shiny motorcycle. I look terrified.

"I am not getting on that thing!"

"Just relax. You're safe with me."

"Alright" I say as I get on behind him. I wrap my arms around him and I lay my head on his back as he drives off.
