Chapter 30

I walk on stage with my black outfit on. I'm a little nervous. I glance at the three judges sitting at the table. They're writing.

I glance at the crowd. I see Josh, Emilio and Ella in the front row giving me the thumbs up. I smile at them. Right beside Josh is Trey. He smiles at me and I smile back.

The music starts and I start singing. I started clapping and everybody else claps along with me. I ended the song and everybody applauded. I smile.

"Thank you, everybody. And that was my song Love Me Harder" I said as I walked off of stage.

"Contestants. Come up" Principle Harris said. 10 students, including me, walked on stage with our breaths hold.

"Okay," Principle Harris said as one of the judges handed him the paper. "Third place goes to Elijah Smith."

Everybody clapped as a cute Mexican boy came and accepted his trophy.

"Second place goes to Paris Armel."

Everybody clapped as a girl with long light brown hair came and accepted her trophy.

"First place goes to Nicole Jones."

Everybody clapped as a girl with long blonde came on stage with very high heels. She accepted her trophy and sat next to Paris Armel.

"Last but not least, our School's Champion Singer is....Lori Banks!"

Everybody applauds really loud as tears of joy came out of my eyes. I went and accepted my huge trophy as Josh, Emilio and Ella ran up to me and group hugged me.

"YAY!!!!! You did it!!!!" Josh said picking me up and swinging me around as I laughed. He puts me down with a huge grin on his face.

"You were wonderful, Lori. I'm so proud of you!" Ella said as she hugged me. I hugged her back.

"You were awesome, baby sis. I'm very, very proud of you. You're the School's Champion Singer." He said as we hugged.

They left and Trey was behind me. I turned around to face him and he was smiling at me.

"You we're wonderful, Lori and I still love you." Trey said. Tears swelled up in my eyes. Those were the only words that I wanted to come out of his mouth.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him. He froze but he hugged me back. I look in his eyes and I kissed him with so much love as he kissed me back with the same feeling.

"I see that someone misses me" He said smirking.

"What can I say? I'm attracted to badass boys." I said teasingly even though I really meant it.

"Well that's good 'cause this bad boy is attracted to you too. And now he's asking you to forgive him." He said as he whispered in my ear. God I missed his sexy voice.

I looked at him and smiled. "Yes."

I love Trey and he loves me back. Nothing's ever going to change that.

"You're also a bad boy with good lips" I said winking at him. He smirked at me. That sexy smirk that always made me felt weak in the knees.

"That's great because I'm going to kiss you with my sexy, good lips" he said as he crashed his lips on mines.

We stood there kissing. I fell in love with a bad boy.
