Finn's pov

As soon as I saw Jack I started to walk the opposite direction,
"Finn wait!" He yells.
I kept walking,
Then he ran in front of me,
Why is he covered in dirt?
I rolled my eyes and looked down.
I could just punch him right now, but I resist.

"I know I'm the last person you want to talk to right now." He says.
"Then why are you talking to me?" I sigh.
"Let me explain." He says.
"Explain! You took my girlfriend to her ex boyfriends house! Oh not to mention he harassed her why on Earth would you take her their and lie to my face!?" I yelled so loud he looked frightened.
"Y/n needed help." He says calmly.
"Bullshit! Why wouldnt she come to me if she needed help?!" I yelled again.
"It was different." He hesitated to say it.

I feel like I'm going to lose it

Y/n's pov

After Jack left I soon heard yelling I couldn't tell who it was at first. When I realized it was Finn I popped up and quickly went to the front. When I saw him yelling I just froze like a dumbass and watched,

"Y/n is my girlfriend I need to know when something's wrong you should have told me!" Finn yelled facing the opposite direction of me.
"I'm sorry." Jack says that then sees me standing behind him.
"Fuck you!" Finn swinged his fist at Jack's face, and Jack fell down.

"Jack!" I unfroze and ran to them.
I started to cry again Jack was only trying to help,
Finn kept punching Jack but Jack wasnt hitting him back to defend himself.

I tried to pull Finn off Jack but he wouldnt stop,
"Finn stop!" As soon as I said that he turned around and held his fist up at me.

I jumped thinking he was going to punch me, but in that moment I saw how red his eyes were from crying. Ive never seen Finn so hurt, it frightened me the blood on his fists. His hair was messed up. Those soft lips of his are quivering. Cheeks brighter than red from being furious.

Finn's pov

I was so mad and I thought whomever was trying to pull me off Jack wasn't Y/n. So I reacted my holding my fist up. She looked scared of me. She had been crying I can tell by her eyes and cheeks. I felt so bad for hurting Jack. But hes supposed to be my best friend. I saw her eyes move from me to Jack. She went to the ground and held Jack to her chest, holding him tight.

"Jack it's okay I'm here." She slightly cried and looked at his face, I knocked him out. His eye was bruised, his nose is bleeding on both sides, and his lip was bleeding too. Y/n was crying and holding Jack's head close to her.

"Jack I'm sorry." I went to the ground too and tried to touch him but Y/n moved him,
"Dont you dare touch him!" She yelled.
I stood back up and looked at my fists they were covered in his blood. Y/n started to move Jack hair out of his face and use her dress to wipe his blood off his lip,
"Go away." She mumbled.
"I- But-" word vomit.
"Go away!" She looked up at me and I knew she was being serious.

Y/n looked at me like if I was a monster,
Scared of me.

I saw Jaden came out his house and saw what happened, he ran down to Y/n and saw Jack's face,
"Finn did you do this?" He asks.
I didnt respond I feel so ashamed,
"He did." Y/n says.
"I am going to ask you nicely Finn to leave I think that's what's best." Jaden held his hand on Y/n's shoulder,

Then Jack's hand came up and touched Y/n's arm, his eyes opened slowly.
"Y/n." He groaned.
"Jack!" She smiled and hugged him,

I couldn't help but feel jealous how much she cared about Jack more than me,
I guess I deserve that.
But she lied to me, the thought of it makes me want to cry.

"Finn please leave." Jaden says.

Y/n's pov

I watched Finn back up slowly then walk away, the way he walked was like the walk of shame,
"I'm sorry I couldn't talk to Finn Y/n." Jack moans in pain,
"No no it's my fault I'm sorry." I say.
"I- I look like shit dont I?" He still laughed even though he was in pain.
"Kinda." I laughed too.
"Do you two want to come inside?" Jaden asks.
"Yeah please just to clean him up." I say.
"Of course, I'll go get a first aid kit out." Jaden walked back into his house,
"Can you walk?" I ask.
"Y-Yeah, can you help me though?" He asks.
"Of course come on." I stood up and helped Jack up.

He hand his arm around me leaning on me as we walked into Jaden's house.
I sat him down on the couch,
"Hey man are you alright?" He asks.
"I'll be fine, thanks." Jack says.
I noticed how Jack's lips were shakey when he spoke,
"Does it hurt to talk?" I ask.
Jack nodded his head,
"Here I got a kit." Jaden hands me a bag,
"Thank you." I grab the kit then opened it,
I took out a rag to clean off the blood,
"Does ur head hurt?" I ask.
"Y-Yeah I kinda feel light headed." He says.
"You can lay down here." Jaden moved a pillow and Jack layed down.
I moved and sat down next to Jack's head, then he rested his head on my thigh, and he sighed,
"Do you have an ice pack for his eye?" I ask.
"Yeah I'll be right back." Jaden left.
"Its okay Jack, Finn just needs time." I say starting to clean blood off his nose,
"So do you Tiny."

Those words made me think about how I'm hurt too not just Finn. But I lied to him I can't get over it. I never intended for it to happen this way. It's my fault I should have told him the second I was leaving.

I grabbed some rubbing alcohol to clean Jack's lip,
"This might sting a little." I say.
"Okay." Jack took a deep breath then grabbed my arm to squeeze.
He jumped a little when I touched his lip with the rag,
"Sorry I know it hurts." I say.
I finished cleaning the cut,
"Its okay I know ur doing what you need to." Jack sat up.
I grabbed his cheek and looked at his eye, his eye is starting to get darker,
"God you have a black eye." I sigh.
"Here I got an ice pack." Jaden handed Jack an ice pack and he layed down on my thighs again. I played with his hair and tried my best to comfort him.

After a while Jack fell asleep holding my hand softly,

"Are you okay?" Jaden asks.
"I dont know." I sighed and felt my eyes water again.
"Tonight was pretty rough." He sighed.
"Y-Yeah, thank you for everything." I say.
"No problem, so you and Finn?" He asks.
"We were dating secretly, to be honest we planned on announcing we were together tonight." I wiped my cheek and squeezed Jack's hand.
"Its unfortunate, relationships are hard, but that was really fucked up of Sophia." Jaden sighed.
"She wanted to be with him the whole time and she completely ruined us." A tear fell down my cheek.
"Dont let her ruin you too dont give her that, you can fix your relationship together." He says.
"Ur right, I just cant believe he hurt Jack and he made me look like a fool." I wiped my tears away again.

"A man does selfish things when he loves someone." Jaden shook his head and sighed.
