Mysterious Encounter

Kazuki: Who are you and what are you doing here?

A little girl figure is sitting on a tree. I couldn't see her appearance as it was dark.

???: Are you Kazuki Araya?

She asked in a little girl's voice.

Kazuki: How did you know my name? Also, What do you need with me?

???: Am I obligated to answer that? I believe not.

Kazuki: Just answer dammit!

This kind of people really gets on my nerves

???: For now, don't sweat the details. I'm just here to kill you

Kazuki: Kill me huh? How could a little girl kill me?

A grab the kamuy and prepared a fighting stance but,

Kazuki: Why can't I move?

For some reason, my body is shaking all over and can't move. It's the same when I first encountered the first pillar, it's like my body is scared of them.

???: Why aren't you moving?

She asked in a worried voice

I take a deep breathe before I once again grabbed the kamuy. I looked at her.

???: Are you done preparing? Here I go.

She raises her left hand in the air and as soon as she did that, I felt much presence surrounding me.
I looked around to see Yatagarasu assassins surrounding me.

Kazuki: Why the hell are there Yatagarasu assassins here?

???: They're my puppets, Aren't they cute?

Puppets? Are they brainwashed or something?
Anyway, I unsheathe the kamuy and entered a fighting stance. Then, they all jumped at me with maguy replicas on their hands.

Kazuki: Hiyah!

I slashed in one horizontal circular motion

Yatagarasu assassins: Ack!

They all fell to the ground.

Kazuki: How do you like that?

I looked up to where the little girl was before, but she was not there.
Damn it, Did she take that chance to escape?

I take a look around me but couldn't see her anywhere.

Just as I was looking around, I heard soft footsteps coming from behind me.

I looked behind me to see the little girl, just a few meters away from me, walking up to me,

I grabbed the kamuy and took a defensive stance, just in case.

She then stops in her track, just a few feet away.
She snaps her fingers and light orbs began materializing around her.

I could now see her appearance

She wears a gothic black dress along with a big red skirt. Her upper body is dressed in a lace embellished ribbon and a short tailored crimson jacket. She wears red gloves, covering her skin...and She also carries a girl doll, hugging her with both arms.

She has the appearance of a 10 years old child but her skin is so pale white and her eyes are crimson red.

She has a red mark on her left forehead, reading "5th" Along with a blank expression.

???: Since you're good, I'll introduce my self. Hello there, I'm Kihiro, The 5th pillar of Kakurasu.

5th pillar you say? Is she the one that can manipulate and control memories?

Kazuki: What do you need here?

Kihiro: I'm here to kill you.

She raises one arm, her fingers pointing at me.

Kihiro: Manipulate.

With that, web strings began shooting out of her fingers.

Kazuki: The hell?

Then I remembered something.

" The 5th pillar uses web strings to manipulate her targets. If it hits you, you'll be controlled and your memories can be taken"

So I need to avoid it?

I jumped to the side, avoiding the crashing strings, but it doesn't end there. The string twists and followed me in the side.

Kazuki: The hell?

Looks like I need to cut it.

I unsheathe the kamuy and once it got close,I moved to the side and I slashed downward, hitting the strings but,

The strings weren't cut, instead, It was like hitting a rock, The strings are so hard!

Kihiro: That can't be cut with that weak power.

I jumped back into a nearby tree, putting some distance between me and her strings.

How the hell do I beat her?

I don't have time to think, for now, avoid the strings and find my way out here.

I look for the strings, but it's nowhere to be seen. Kihiro is also nowhere to be seen. I can't even sense their presence.

Did they run away?

Just as I was grasping the situation, I heard someone whisper over my ear.

Kihiro: " Did they run away?" No, we didn't.

I looked to my side to see...
Her face right in front of me. Her crimson eyes are staring right into mine.

I instinctively jumped away but I was too late, The moment I was in mid-air, Her strings came crashing on me. I tried blocking using the kamuy but it was useless. Eventually, one of the strings reached my left shoulder and my eyes began getting heavier.

I-I can't collapse here! But I can't, I can't even feel my body.U-Ugh.

3rd PPOV

Kazuki's body went lump in the grounds, laying on his back.

Kihiro: You were not that strong, why would they call you the Legendary ninja? I don't understand them at all.

Kihiro then attaches all 5 strings into Kazuki's head.

Kihiro: Time to gauge out your memories.

She places her hands onto Kazuki's forehead.

3 shards began materializing. Kihiro took it and put it into her pockets.

Kihiro: Maybe I should use him to kill his friends.

She removed the strings on his head and instead placed onto both of his hands, feet, shoulders arm and knee.

Kihiro: Control.

She raises her hands onto the air and Kazuki's unconscious body stood up.
