Meanwhile in the forest.
Ryuu and the others are jumping among the trees, looking for the pillar
Ryuu: Can you sense her Haruto?!
Haruto: Somehow, she's near, be careful!
Then, Several shurikens came crashing down to them from above.
Kaede: Above!
They quickly land in the ground and backs away.
Airi: Those shurikens,
They looked at the shurikens on the ground
Ryuu: It's now certain. Kakurasu really is here.
Then, another barrage of shuriken, now from the side, came towards them.
Ryuu uses his hands and caught all the shurikens in between his finger before throwing it away.
Ryuu: It came from there, let's go!
???: Bingo
A voice suddenly echoes throughout the forest. It was not a scream, rather, a soft, child-like voice.
Ryuu: So you're here, 5th pillar
Walking from the shadows, Kihiro appears
Ryuu: Let him go!
Kihiro: Why?
Kaede: Water Jutsu!
Kaede opens her fans and in the next instance, A Water beam came crashing down from above Kihiro.
She didn't move an inch. Instead of it hitting her, it was blocked by an invisible shield
Kaede: As expected.
Kihiro: It's my turn then,
Kihiro raises her left arm, her hands facing out with her index and middle fingers raised, like how you do a fingerspell.
Her two fingers start emitting pale red light, then she sways her hand like she is drawing something on the air.
Ryuu and the others, cautious, took in a defensive stance,
Kihiro: Ninjutsu: Ignition.
Then, a red pentagram appears below their feets
Ryuu: Tsk! Jump back!
They all jumped back, the pentagram then explodes
Ryuu: What a drag, Looks like close up combat is in my favour.
Kaede: Let's do the combo!
Ryuu: No need to tell me!
Ryuu Immediately charged at Kihiro, with his sword unsheathed
Kihiro sways her hand in one motion upwards. Then, several blades came rising up from the grounds. She used two of those blades to block Ryuu's attack make him back off then, she sways her hand again, this time to the left, the blades launched at high speed into the direction on Kaede, Airi and Haruto
Haruto: Ha!
Haruto quickly unsheathes his big sword and blocked.
Airi: Take this!
Airi jumped from behind Haruto and threw a barrage of shurikens towards Kihiro
She sways her hand downwards. all the shurikens stop in their tracks and fell to the ground.
Ryuu: Kaede!
Kaede: Water jutsu!
Kaede shoots out a water beam towards Ryuu, hitting his blade.
