The ski trip(Final)

I woke up early in the morning, which was quite unexpected. I stretched like a cat, yawning as I did before standing up and noticing that John was still asleep. It must be the effect of an all-nighter.

I opened the door to leave the room and to check whether the others were already awake.

I went to the living room, and it was dead quiet. I guess no one is still awake. I also went outside to check if anyone was in the mood for some early skiing. I guess not. I was only met with several of the couples from yesterday.

That being said, I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

I also splashed some water on my face, just to wake up. Then after that, I went outside again.
When I got back, I saw a figure at the end of the corridor, staring outside at the snowfield.

It was Myu. Looks like she awoke earlier. I walked up to her and greeted her.

Kazuki: "Good morning, Myu."

Myu looks at me, seemingly surprised by my greeting.

Myu: "Oh, Good morning Kazuki-Sanpai. Looks like you awoke early too."

She said with a hearty smile.

Kazuki: "Yeah, it's a miracle. Is this your normal waking-up hour?"

Myu: "Not really, I just had a bad dream, that's all."

Kazuki: "Bad dream?"

Myu: "Yes, it's like a future vision."

Myu's hearty smile turned into a look of worry.

Kazuki: "What did you see?"

Myu hesitates before finally opening her mouth.

Myu: "In my dreams, I saw that our village, the Momochi village will be attacked by an unknown ninja, and you... you will be killed, Senpai."

She said as she looked at me with the most serious yet worried eyes.

Kazuki: "I will get killed?!"

I blurted out in surprise. A ninja, will attack and eventually kill me?

Myu: "Y-Yes, I'm sorry if I have scared you or something, but it's really what I saw."

I will be killed, but by whom? And this is Myu's vision that we are talking about. It has a terrifying accuracy.

Kazuki: "It's alright. It's much better that you warned me. Thank you, Myu. However, I do have a question."

Myu: "What is it, Senpai?"

Kazuki: "Do the others know about what's going on?"

Myu: "No, I haven't told them yet."

Kazuki: "Do you think we should tell them and maybe send help to the Momochi clan?"

Myu: "I'm gonna talk about it with my mother first. Actually tomorrow, I'm gonna head to the momochi clan village."

Kazuki: "Want us to come?"

Myu: "I-I'm fine by myself, Senpai."

Kazuki: "You sure?"

Out of nowhere, a pink bunny popped out of her head.

Fuu: "She doesn't want you to go because she is worried that you might die."

Myu: "Fuu-Senpai?!!"

Kazuki: "Don't worry Myu, I won't die. I'm the legendary ninja remember?"

Myu: "But in the Yatagarasu headquarters you almost..."

Kazuki: "Well that's an exception, but I won't die, I promise."

I said in the most reassuring way possible as I placed my hand on her shoulder.

Myu: "Senpai..."

Her look of worry disappeared. She smiled warmly and looked at me with happy and upturned eyes. Then, she closed her eyes and slowly leaned in towards me. W-Wait, is she planning to kiss me? I-I mean, the mood is here and all, but still...

My heart beats faster and faster as she leans in closer and closer, tiptoeing to reach my face. W-Well then,

I closed my eyes and prepared myself for the incoming kiss.

But then,

"Good Morning, you too. You two woke up earlier than expected."

A voice suddenly startles the two of us, causing us to back away from each other. It was Lily in her newly awakened state.

Kazuki: "G-Good Morning, Lily."

Myu: "G-Good Morning, Lily-senpai..."

Lily: "Good Morning, you two."

Just as we were exchanging greetings, my phone suddenly rang. I looked to see who it was, and to my surprise.

Kazuki: "The Principal?"

Lily: "Principal? Is there an emergency at Mizaki?"

Myu: "You should probably answer it, it might be an emergency."

I pressed the green button and placed the phone in my ear.

"Good Morning, Kazuki. I am terribly sorry for disturbing your morning."

"It's fine. I already woke up earlier."

"Is that so? That is very unlike you."

"Is that so? haha."

"Kidding aside, I do have something important to talk to you about."

"Important? What is it?"

"I want you to go to the Momochi Village by today."

Momochi Village? Remembering what Myu said, I have a bad feeling about this.

"What will we do at the Momochi Village?"

"Well, there are traces of unusual jutsu usage within their area. Tayu believes that those jutsu evidences are foreign."

"And what kind of Jutsu is that?"

Then, the principal's voice turned into a serious one.

"No one could tell. However, what was found in the forest was a huge crater."

"Huge crater?"

"Yes. No one in the village is strong enough to create that."

"I see. We'll go there right away."

That being said, I hung up.

Lily: "What did the Principal say?"

Kazuki: "He wants us to go to the Momochi Village."

Lily: "What's the reason?"

Kazuki: "Presence of unknown Jutsu's near the premises of the village."

Lily frowns as she displays an expression of urgency. However, Myu on the other hand looked terrified. It is as if this was the manifestation of her dreams.

Lily: "I'll wake everyone up. You two should prepare."

Kazuki: "Got it."

Lily went to the room and informed everyone.

I looked over to Myu. She looks extremely worried.

I placed my hand on her shoulder and tried to comfort her.

Kazuki: "Don't worry, Myu. None of your bad dreams are gonna come true.

I said as I flashed her a reassuring smile.

She smiled back, warmly.
