McGee took Gibbs to the hospital with him and tell Ducky about what happened at the warehouse. Then he receives a call from Jack. She informed him about Max Richardson.

"What happened?" McGee asked

"We don't know. When we get here and search for Richardson and Henry. But we just found his body. Nick was looking for any sign of Henry, but it looks like he killed Max and ran away. Please, tell Jimmy that we need him here." Sloane informed him.

"Yeah, I will send him. But why would Henry kill Max? They both were working together. Max was paying him good money. So... why would he do that?" McGee asked Sloane curiously.

"Maybe, Max thought it was Gibbs and was going to kill him and they both fought and in the end, Henry killed him and escaped," Sloane explains her theory.

"Yeah, probably."

"How's the McGee? " Sloane asked about Gibbs.

"He's good. Thanks to you and Nick, he has some bruising ribs and bruises on his face and abdomen. Otherwise, he will be fine and will discharge in Day or two. But still, it would take some time to get full recovery." McGee said

"Oh.. please, McGee. I am already feeling guilty because I didn't even give him a chance to explain. And after what happened I lost my mind and..."

"You and Nick kidnapped him and beat the crap on him. Or I should say you tortured Gibbs." McGee was still upset about what Sloane and Nick did.

"I'm sorry, McGee. I'm so sorry."

"I am going to call Jimmy, talk to you later. Bye.." McGee said and hung up. He's still upset about what they did with Gibbs.

"Hey, Jimmy. There's a dead body is waiting for you, I'm sending you the address."

"Now, you should have to take some rest, my dear. Jethro is sleeping and you also have to do the same thing." After a long pause Ducky asked him.

"What's in your mind, Timothy? You found Jethro and you will find Max Richardson. So now take some rest." Ducky said in his usual tone.

"Richardson is dead, Ducky. Sloane and Nick found his dead body at the warehouse." McGee replied.

"Good Lord, how did this happen? And what about that Henry fellow? Did they find him?" He asked him.

"According to Sloane there'll be a possibility of Henry might kill him and escape," McGee tells him.

"And what do you think?" Ducky said as he sits down on the chair situated next to his bed.

"I don't know, Ducky. I want to trust Gibbs but I can't."

"What do you mean by you can't?" Ducky said and readjusted himself in the chair.

"Everything he said was the truth but it was all related to cases. He didn't say anything about the personal conversations we had, nothing about his life, not even about Shannon and Kelly.

Everything he said was related to cases and people's names who were related to cases. Anyone can get this information." McGee said

"Maybe, but he knows about Faith and Sofia. He was badly beaten when you brought him here. So because of the shock of being held hostage and tortured by his team, especially by Jack. So, according to the situation, he only tells you what was necessary to prove his identity at that time.

And if you still think he's not our Jethro, then why did you bring him here?" Ducky said

"Because, if he's not Gibbs then still he can't do anything. He will be here in front of our eyes 24×7. We can keep an eye on him easily.
