Chapter 8: A Mistake

Ag's pov:

"what the actual fuck Anna! Why would you do that?! What happened to our promise?"
I felt tears forming in my eyes.

"Ag I can explain-" she reached for my hand and I pulled away.

"NO. There's nothing to explain here. You did what you did."

I started walking back to the party until Anna shouted back at me.

"WELL WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING WHEN YOU WERE TALKING TO THAT GIRL HUH?" she replied with tears running down her cheeks.

I turned around so fast and walked back up to her.

"YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT I WAS THINKING ABOUT? I WAS THINKING ABOUT YOU THE ENTIRE TIME. Plus you're telling me that it was ok for you to kiss some guy just because I was talking to a stranger? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"

"Don't act like I didn't see what she was doing. She was very touchy and you didn't say a word. BESIDES HE KISSED ME, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! You got to believe me!"

I snapped back at her. "Oh really? What else do you want me to believe huh? THAT YOU LOVED ME? MEANWHILE WHEN  YOU WERE SMOOCHING SOME FUCK YOU FOUND, I WAS TALKING ABOUT  HOW MUCH OF A GOOD GIRLFRIEND YOU ARE. Did you even tell him you were taken?"

"OF COURSE I DID AND I DO LOVE YOU, I DIDN'T KISS HIM BACK I PROMISE. I WOULDN'T DO THAT TO YOU AND YOU KNOW THAT! I'm obviously drunk right now and I made a mistake. Just please-"she started crying. "forgive me."

" Nah uh, don't promise anything. You broke the first one. We're done." I shot back.

Anna stood there in disbelief as to what I said.

"Baby please-" she grabbed my arm and I ripped her hands off of me.

"I SAID WE'RE DONE. IT'S OVER. I'M BREAKING UP WITH YOU. WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?"

At this point the entire neighborhood could here us arguing. Anna burst into tears. It hurts watching her like this but I don't know if I could forgive her. Yeah she's drunk but that's not an excuse. I turned around and headed back to the party. She yelled at me asking where I was going.

"I'm getting Emmi and Julia, we're leaving." I said before disappearing into the crowd.

Anna'a pov:

The car ride back to my house was awkward. Nobody said a word. We arrived home and entered the house, Ag stormed up stairs and Emmi and Julia stood by the front door not knowing what to do.

"Do you want us to stay or-"

"It's fine you don't have to stay. I'll be fine" I replied.

Emmi gave me a worried look and then asked if I was sure. I said yes then closed the front door when they left. I went into my room and locked the door. I lied on my bed, crying into my pillow until the next morning.

Ag's pov:

I went straight into the shower once we got home. The tears running down my face mixed with the water that was coming out of the showerhead. I'm done with feelings. Fuck love at this point. When was done I got out and changed into a new pair of boxers and went to sleep.
