We were only 10 minutes away from the meeting location and I was getting impatient. The closer we got the more anxious I was getting. Soon enough we arrived at the restaurant and parked in front of it.

It's showtime.
"You guys ready?" Donatello asked.
I sighed and nodded.
"Ok good, Take this."
He handed each of us a pistol. I took one and stuffed mine in my pocket.
"Ok here's what's gonna happen. When we get in there, Emmi will hand them their money. If they try any funny business, pull the trigger. We'll then get back to the car, fly back to Michigan and it's over. This should only take 10 minutes. Got it?" He explained.
"Yes." the three of us agreed.
"Ok, Let's go."
I rushed out of the car and entered the building, it was pitch black. I pulled out my phone's flashlight and started searching. We checked the behind the counter, the storage room, the freezer and the manager's room and found no one. I shouted Anna's name in hope for a response but nobody said anything.
"I'm starting to think they set us up." Julia said.
"No, she's in here somewhere. Look over there."
I pointed to my left and they all turned their heads to a worn out door that had a fainted light coming out of it. We walked up to the door and I swung it open and saw Anna tied up in a wooden chair in the middle of the room. A dim light bulb hanging above her head, only lighting up a small portion of the room.

"Anna!"
She looked up at me, beaming with joy and tears rolling down her face. But that joy soon vanished when she saw 2 figures come out of the darkness and into the light. I turned around and this tall and extremely buff man stood before me and the rest of us. He grabbed my arms, holding me in place so I couldn't move. Emmi, Julia and Don were being held as well. I squirmed around trying to free myself but eventually gave out.
"Hey! Let me go!" I demanded.
A man came out of the dark background laughing. A smile painted on his face, enjoying the sight of us struggling to get freed.
"I didn't expect you to actually make it on time. I'll give creds for that." He says, smirking.
"We're not here for small talk buddy. We're here to handle business. I have your money so if you don't mind, tell your big body minions to let me and my friends go so I can hand you your shit and get the fuck out of here." Emmi stated.
He waved them off and we were released from their hold. Emmi threw the bag of cash to him and he took the bag out of her hands. He then counted the money and chuckled, shaking his head side to side. The man untied Anna and she ran to us. I engulf her in a hug, joy springing out of me like a water fountain. I held her tighter, not wanting to let go anytime soon. I want to stay in this moment forever. Emmi and Julia joined in, tears running down their faces.
