"Excuse me, have you encounter this bracelet before?" The detective asked, showing a picture of a bracelet.

"I'm sorry, I haven't," the shop owner said.

The detective worked hard finding the bracelet, the task given by his boss. The detective already inspected all the cities around the country. No hints were available.

"Boss, nothing is found in Creek City." the detective said with disappointment.

"It's okay, Carl, you did a great job." The boss encouraged him. "Return to the Han City by tomorrow."

"Yes, boss," Detective Alvarez said.

It's a piece of sad news. The boss sat on his couch, thinking about his son, who is missing for 12 years. What does he doing? Is he alive? Who adopted him? I miss him.

"Director Han, something wrong?" The secretary asked.

"Creek City, negative." Director Han said, closing his eyes.

"I'm sorry about that." The secretary said.

"Secretary Chen," Director Han said. "What are you going to do tomorrow?"

Since it was a payday, everyone was excited about their treats. That day was marked to congratulate their hard work.

"I guess I'm going to a jewelry shop to buy some jewelry." Secretary Chen said. "And of course, bonding with my boyfriend."

Director Han wants to bond with his son. Unfortunately, he is still missing.

"Oh, yeah, I told your boyfriend to come here tomorrow." Director Han chuckled.

"Thanks for the info!" Secretary Chen smiled. "Please excuse me for a while."

Secretary Chen called her mighty detective boyfriend with delight, talking about their plans by tomorrow. Director Han went home early to celebrate his wife's 12th death anniversary.

"My wife, I'm sorry," Director Han cried as he mourned the death of his lovely wife.

The next day, Secretary Chen and Detective Carl were on a date. They decided that day to be as romantic as possible. Endless kisses because they missed one another.

They first went to the jewelry shop, also known as Karats jewelry shop. As they entered the place, they greeted by a lady.

"Hello! Welcome to Karats! How can I help you?" The lady greeted.

"May I look at your new arrivals?" Secretary Chen said.

"Yes, you may," the lady agreed.

"Lia! Be careful." Detective Alvarez warned.

"Come on, Carl, just chill." Lia joked.

As Lia scanned the jewelry, she saw something familiar.

"Carl! Come here!" Lia said excitedly.

"What? Do you want to buy a wedding ring?" Carl joked.

"Look," Lia pointed.

It was the same bracelet that Detective Carl Alvarez searched around the country.

"Holy!" Carl exclaimed.

The lady curiously looked at them. She noticed how the couple suddenly acts weird. So she approached them, hoping to help them.

"Problem?" The lady asked.

"May I know where this comes from?" Carl asked.

"This?" the lady pointed at the bracelet.

"Yeah!" Carl's eyes were locked, looking at the bracelet.

"A male student sold it a few days ago. He told me that he had this bracelet since he was small." The lady answered.

"Do you have any contacts from him?" Lia asked, hoping for her boss to rejoice after 12 years.

"Unfortunately, he doesn't have one at that time. He sold his bracelet to buy a phone. That's what he said a few days ago." The lady said. "He promised to return once he had one."

Due to excitement, the couple canceled their plans and decided to help their boss in the investigation.

"We're going to buy it!" Lia and Carl said in sync.

"Just inform us when you already have his contact details," Lia said gladly.

While the lady was packing up the bracelet, Carl made a call to Director Han.

"Boss, I had good news!" Carl gladly proclaimed.

"What good news?" A sad tone from Director Han, mourning about his wife.

"We already found a clue after 12 years!" He proclaimed.
