Chapter 4: Contacts

A great day to start. Kyle woke up from his phone's alarm. It's new to him, but he is sure that he could adapt it to some point. He got out of bed and started to prepare for his classes.

Since Kyle was excited about his new phone, he can't stop enumerating his number all over again while showering. Now, he can't rely on Liam anymore. Less responsibility for Liam, he guessed.

Kyle prepared, and he was good to go. As he opened the door, Josh suddenly jumped into him.

"You scared me!" Kyle gasped.

"Haha, Come on, I still can't get over about the new phone you gave me," Josh said. "I'm still in a mood to thank you."

"How many times should I tell you again?" Kyle joked.

The two guys chatted, and finally, Liam arrived in the scene.

"Kyle, are you kidding? You also gave me a phone? I thought you bought two phones? Why did you buy me one? My old phone is still working." Liam asked a lot of questions. Kyle only laughed at it.

They went to the cafeteria for breakfast and saw the twins, Kent and Kurt, eating already, so they decided to join in.

"I heard you two already had phones," Kent said. "Let's exchange contacts."

"Me too," Kurt inserted the conversation. "Just type your contacts in my phone."

"Oh yeah, I'm going to tell Ann to add both of you," Liam said happily.

"No, I'll do it." Josh chuckled. "We are the ones who doesn't there in the group chat, so it's better if I should approach Ann than you. "

"Hey, I'm in a mood today," Liam said sadly.

"Don't you help me out of here?" He whispered.

"What did you say?" Kyle smiled.

"Nothing," Liam smiled back.

"You like her, don't you?" Kent teased.

"Bro, it's too obvious." Kurt laughed.

"No, I don't!" Liam defended.

"Liar." the guys replied in sync, looking directly to Liam's eyes.

"That's the fact!" Liam protested.

"We can't buy it," Kent said.

"Oh, come on!" Liam said.

The guys continued to tease Liam while eating. Soon after, it was Liam who approached Ann to add two of his friends to the group chat. The guys only did, is to support Liam's undeniable flirting.

The guys finished eating and went out to the cafeteria, leaving Liam behind, talking to Ann nonstop. One thing they are thinking now, will they get bullied again?

The class started. Kyle sat on his seat, undisturbed, thinking it was for the first time spending a day in college like a normal one.

Professor Em discussed the lessons and came up with a group project.

"Okay, class, I would like to group yourselves into 3." Professor Em instructed.

Everyone in the room grouped themselves quickly, leaving Kyle behind.

"Aww, so sad," Michael pitied Kyle. The class went on laughing at Kyle too.

"Kyle, don't worry, you are my lab assistant. This project will hold in the laboratory. I have some things to discuss later." Professor Em explained to Kyle.

After the class, Kyle went to Professor Em.

"Kyle! Just in time, have a seat."Professor Em offered.
