Chapter 8

Blake's POV

We embraced each other for awhile until we heard a knock at the door, We let go and I looked at the time and saw that it was 3:40. I look back at Sarah and she motions me to leave the room. I nod and go to my bedroom. I then hear Sarah open the door and her talking to someone.

Sarah's POV
I motioned Blake to go hide, just in case it was someone who heard about what happened. I forgot to tell him I called the principal this morning when I was at breakfast about what happened. I wouldn't be surprised if the teachers he told told others. I went to the door and opened it and saw four anthros. All of them were girls. The first was a white wolf, with blue eyes, wearing a blue tank top and jeans to match. The second a black and white husky, with green eyes, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants. The third was a rabbit, wearing a magenta jacket and shirt, with dark blue shorts. And finally, the last one was a dark green lizard, wearing a sports tank top with sports shorts.

Wolf: Hi, is this Blake's house?

Sarah: Yeah, may we help you?

Wolf: Yeah, we heard that he got injured yesterday and we came by to see how he is doing.

Sarah: Who told you he got injured?

Lizard: The principal, said we should stop by and see how he is. Told us he didn't have many friends so we thought we could change that.

Made since for the principal to tell the teachers but I soon recognized them really quickly. The wolf was the student body president named Jane, the rabbit, named Sophia, the student body counselor, the Lizard named Jackie, was the activities planner for student body and the husky was named Lauren, the student body officer. Upon realizing this, I soon understood why the principal told them. It also showed how caring the principal is too, and it makes sense for him to be concerned about Blake since he is the only human left.

Sarah: Well, let me go check and see if he is awake. Please come in and make yourself comfortable.

Jane: Thank you.

They followed me in as I went to Blake's bedroom. I went in, seeing him sitting on the bed.

Blake: So, who was it?

Sarah: Members from the student body coming over to check on you.

He sits up.

Sarah: How good is your acting and do you have the sling and bandages still?

Blake: Acting, I don't know and as for the other two, yes.

Sarah: Kay, hurry up.

He nods and grabs them both, putting them on. He also made sure to secure the bandages as to not reveal his eye.

I nod and we walk out me pretending to help him as he pretends to lean on me for help.

Blake's POV
We walk out as I pretend to still be hurt, and I see the four student body officers. Sarah walks me over to a chair and I sit. Sarah then goes and sits on the only space left on the couch.

Blake: Sarah, told me you wanted to check on me.

Jane: yes, we are from the student body. My name is Jane, I am the student body president. The principal told us to come by and check on you.

I am a bit confused and when I look at Sarah she speaks up.

Sarah: Sorry, I forgot to tell him I notified the principal this morning.

I give a sigh of relief when she says that.

Jane: Now the others who are with me are Sophia, our student body counselor. Jackie our Activites planner and Lauren, a officer in the student body.
